★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very nice lunch comprising of many appetizers, pasta, and dessert. The service was attentive but not intrusive, and the waiters spoke good English.
The seafood was fresh. We had raw prawns/shrimp/langostines and they were all fresh and sweet. Same for the scallops and clams we had.
Pasta was very tasty. Hand-made, and with the right balance of umami from the salted fish roe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant that pampers you in Schiavon. It is the restaurant of the Sweet World hotel and the female management is evident. For dinner they really spoiled us with local delicacies: as soon as we arrived they welcomed us and accompanied us to the table where for a few times in my life I found a "bag holder" support (really useful). After taking a seat, they offered us a flute of Prosecco which they themselves chose as the hotel wine. Clean, well-kept and tables spaced between them put us in the right way for dinner. Simple mise en place but also here cured starting from the tablecloths to follow with glasses. Appetizer: razor clams bruschetta, as a first course the paccheri pasta with pistachio pesto from Bronte (excellent). Dessert with mixed fruit and ice cream with white melon. A magnificent dinner after a day of work helps the spirit. Write it down too and if you pass by Schiavon this restaurant is a must for a truly beautiful gastronomic experience!
