Ci hanno chiamati per andare a prenderla alle 15 dopo 4 giorni e ancora ci stavano lavorando nonostante avessimo chiamato poco prima chiedendo conferma se fosse pronta. Ci hanno fatto attendere circa 3 ore prima di riprenderla e finire il lavoro. Infine,vista la noncuranza,ci é appena arrivata una multa per divieto di sosta in orario in cui la macchina era affidata al meccanico. Scenario: A1 altezza Anagni 15 agosto 2020 ore 17, mi si ferma la macchina, problema sull'iniettore, per inciso stavo raggiungendo la famiglia a Palinuro. Chiamo ACI che mi porta nel suo deposito. Il meccanico di turno non è in grado di risolvere il problema. Chiamo disperato Stefano Petrosino di All Car, il quale senza battere ciglio mi dice: sto arrivando. Alle 19h30, sempre del 15 agosto, arriva ad Anagni, risolve il problema sull'iniettore che mi permette di proseguire il viaggio. Costo dell'operazione: una Coca Cola ghiacciata al bar e un onestissima parcella. Senza parole lo abbraccio. Buon Ferragosto All Car ! When assistance is at the top. Ho chiamato il soccorso stradale tramite l'assicurazione AXA ed ho scoperto che era loro anche il carro attrezzi. Sono stati bravissimi, molto professionali, veloci, simpatici ed onesti, hanno fatto un miracolo anche con i pezzi di ricambio, davvero infinitamente grazie! Trattandosi di un furgone molto particolare (è una scuola itinerante), non poteva rimanere in mezzo alla strada fino al lunedì successivo, anche perché ci sarebbe servito il giorno dopo. In poco tempo, di sabato sera, è stato mandato un carro attrezzi per trasportare il mezzo in officina, nonostante le dimensioni e gli allestimenti delicati all'esterno, come i pannelli solari. Quindi, aperta l'officina solo per noi, un meccanico ha effettuato una riparazione d'emergenza in un paio d'ore, riconsegnandoci alle 23.30 la Navetta, permettendoci così non solo di riportarla in sede, ma anche di svolgere le attività della domenica in attesa di effettuare una riparazione definitiva durante la settimana. Tra l'altro, a un prezzo più che onesto e ovviamente fatturato. Che dire? Fantastici.
