No comment Bad experience I think in my head the idea of having been deceived, I had my eyes closed I have no certainty but in my opinion the eyelashes have not been dyed. No comment

I rituali ed i massaggi, seppur leggermente cari, sono molto validi ed il personale molto professionale. È aperta al pubblico. Non do le 5 stelle per via degli spogliatoi che sono microscopici ed angusti...gli spazi sono sufficienti a malapena per due persone...dal mio punto di vista è inaccettabile per una struttura aperta anche al pubblico esterno The spa is not very big but it is very elegant, the swimming pool with whirlpools, the excellent Turkish bath and the sauna are beautiful. The rituals and massages, although slightly expensive, are very valid and the staff very professional. It is open to the public. I don't give the 5 stars because of the changing rooms that are microscopic and cramped ... the spaces are barely enough for two people ... from my point of view it is unacceptable for a structure open also to the external public

Professionalità, gentilezza e cordialità sono 'il fiore all'occhiello' ! Inoltre dopo il percorso e tisana, il mio regalo comprendeva un massaggio di un'ora...Posso solo dire che Rosanna ha aperto le porte del "Paradiso" e sembrava che ci fossero 10 mani che massaggiavano il mio corpo ma era solo Lei!!! È un'esperienza che consiglio a tutti e sicuramente con la fortuna che la spa è aperta al pubblico e non solo ai clienti dell'albergo, non esiterò a frequentare questo posto per staccare dalla routine...e poi perché no... Un aperitivo al cocktail bar per terminare nel ristorante Casa Savoia dell'Hotel!!! Grazie ancora! Consigliatissimo!!!! For my birthday I received a fantastic gift: entrance to the Alkemy Spa Principi di Piemonte. The sublime welcome of Rosanna, the manager and Anna. Professionalism, kindness and friendliness are 'the flagship'! Also after the course and herbal tea, my gift included an hour-long massage ... I can only say that Rosanna opened the doors of "Paradise" and it seemed that there were 10 hands massaging my body but it was only her! !! It is an experience that I recommend to everyone and certainly with the luck that the spa is open to the public and not only to hotel guests, I will not hesitate to attend this place to get away from the routine ... and then why not ... A aperitif at the cocktail bar to end in the Hotel Casa Savoia restaurant !!! Thanks again! Highly recommended !!!!

All'interno si trova una piscina con idromassaggio e getti d'acqua per la cervicale, una sauna, bagno turco e piccolo percorso Kneipp. La gentilissima Rosanna all'ingresso ci ha fornito di asciugamano e accappatoio, oltre che di piccole monodose di shampoo, balsamo, docciasciuma e crema corpo, oltre che di campioncini di prodotti viso, oltre che di un phon ulteriore rispetto a quello presente nello spogliatoio. Una esperienza sicuramente consigliata per un pomeriggio di relax nel cuore di Torino I used the spa as a client outside the hotel for a really enjoyable afternoon. Inside there is a swimming pool with hydromassage and water jets for the neck, a sauna, Turkish bath and a small Kneipp path. The very kind Rosanna at the entrance provided us with a towel and bathrobe, as well as small single doses of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body cream, as well as samples of face products, as well as an additional hairdryer compared to the one in the dressing room. An experience definitely recommended for a relaxing afternoon in the heart of Turin

Ad accogliermi ho trovato Rosanna, preparata e disponibile che ci ha consegnato accappatoi, asciugamani, prodotti in monodose per la skincare e l’igiene personale di produzione Alkemy. Il percorso si è snodato su piscina con idromassaggio e getti d'acqua per la cervicale, docce emozionali, una sauna, bagno turco e piccolo percorso Kneipp. Piacevole esperienza per una fuga rilassante nel cuore di Torino! Essendo modernissima, è molto ben strutturata, nel senso che le varie zone offrono un diverso utilizzo: massaggio cervicale, oppure solo idromassaggio, e così via. Ringrazio in particolare la Signora Rosanna (che ha offerto una tisana anche a mio marito che era lì in mia attesa, e ci ha spiegato cio' che non conoscevamo ancora per quanto riguarda i servizi offerti in generale) ed in generale il resto del personale di cui non conosco il nome ma che è stato in ogni occasione a disposizione con grande professionalità. Ciò che ho apprezzato davvero tanto è stata la perfetta pulizia di ogni ambiente e le normative COVID rispettate al 100%. A coloro che pensano che gli spogliatoi siano troppo piccoli, vorrei ricordare che siamo in una città e pertanto gli spazi sotterranei sono limitati, pertanto non è possibile confrontare gli stessi con quelli degli alberghi realizzati negli Emirati Arabi o nei resort realizzati ai margini dei deserti di tutto il mondo! To those who think that the changing rooms are too small, I would like to remind you that we are in a city and therefore the underground spaces are limited, therefore it is not possible to compare them with those of the hotels made in the Arab Emirates or in the resorts made on the edge of the deserts of Worldwide!
