Ieri ho acquistato la Vostra TINTA Alkolor biondo rame 7.4 presso un negozio in San Benedetto del Tronto che vende i Vostri prodotti.
Arrivata a casa ho seguito tutte le istruzioni, alla lettera, contenute nel bugiardino, premetto che sono castana naturale, ed il risultato è stato ottenere qualche timido riflesso, MOLTO MENO EFFICACE DI UN HENNÈ.
Quindi per quanto riguarda la mia esperienza in merito a questa tinta valuto questo prodotto MOLTO NEGATIVAMENTE!!!
Chiedo di essere quanto meno rimborsata del prezzo pagato, sotto esibizione di una prova d'acquisto e scontrino fiscale visto che oltre all'INSODDISFAZIONE MI TROVO A NON POTER RIMEDIARE NEI PROSSIMI GIORNI VISTO CHE COMUNQUE ORA HO UNA TINTA, COME LA CHIAMATE VOI, APPLICATA SULLA MIA CHIOMA, E NON POSSO applicare un'altra tinta per raggiungere il risultato desiderato nell'immediato.

Good morning!
Yesterday I bought your TINTA Alkolor copper blonde 7.4 at a shop in San Benedetto del Tronto that sells your products.
When I got home I followed all the instructions, to the letter, contained in the leaflet, I state that I am natural brown, and the result was to obtain some shy reflection, MUCH LESS EFFECTIVE THAN A HENNA.
So with regards to my experience with this color I rate this product VERY NEGATIVELY !!!
I ask to be reimbursed at least of the price paid, under presentation of a proof of purchase and receipt since in addition to dissatisfaction, I find myself not being able to remedy in the next few days since anyway now I have a tint, as you call it, applied ON MY HAIR, AND I CANNOT apply another color to achieve the desired result immediately.
