★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati generosamente accontentati in ogni nostra richiesta. Sia il contatto telefonico col personale che quello in presenza sono stati impeccabili. Tutti i giovani che lavorano da Alkamuri sono estremamente gentili e professionali. La struttura è nuova, dal design curato e pulitissima. La spa è di alto livello, il massaggio è stato effettuato in maniera eccellente. Le camere spaziose, fornite anche di snack e frigobar, hanno letti e cuscini comodissimi. Grande attenzione a igiene e normativa covid. Parcheggio facilissimo di fronte la struttura. Colazione abbondante, dolce e salata. La terrazza con jacuzzi è molto carina al tramonto. Per rimanere in una atmosfera di relax, abbiamo ordinato la cena in camera con una app di delivery, supportati anche in questo dal personale. Grazie di tutto e complimenti, siamo stati davvero bene.
 We were generously satisfied with our every request. Both the telephone contact with the staff and that in the presence were impeccable. All the young people who work at Alkamuri are extremely kind and professional. The structure is new, with a neat and very clean design. The spa is of a high standard, the massage was done excellently. The spacious rooms, also equipped with snacks and minibar, have very comfortable beds and pillows. Great attention to hygiene and covid regulations. Easy parking in front of the structure. Hearty breakfast, sweet and savory. The terrace with jacuzzi is very nice at sunset. To stay in a relaxing atmosphere, we ordered dinner in the room with a delivery app, also supported by the staff. Thanks for everything and congratulations, we really enjoyed it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e il mio ragazzo insieme ad un'altra coppia di amici abbiamo prenotato un massaggio di cinquanta min e un'ora di percorso ad uso esclusivo, al costo di 210,00€ a coppia, do 3 stelle solo per la location bella e curata, ma al servizio purtroppo devo dare 1 stella anche meno, personale invadente e telecamere puntate su tutto il centro benessere, il ragazzo alla reception che ci ha accolto è venuto a controllarci due volte in un'ora, ci siamo sentiti altamente controllati, pur non avendone bisogno, zero privacy, le operatrici brave ma purtroppo le mani avevano uno sgradevole odore di aglio, confrontandoci con l'altra coppia abbiamo ricevuto "fretta" per la doccia finale, servizio area relax deludente.. un mandarino già sbucciato e biscotti al burro del market, abbiamo girato molti centri ma mai nulla di simile, potrebbero fare di più per la struttura che merita.
My boyfriend and I, together with another couple of friends, booked a fifty-minute massage and an hour's path for exclusive use, at a cost of € 210.00 per couple, I give 3 stars only for the beautiful and well-kept location , but unfortunately I have to give 1 star even less to the service, intrusive staff and cameras aimed at the whole wellness center, the guy at the reception who welcomed us came to check us twice in an hour, we felt highly controlled, even if we didn't needing it, zero privacy, the operators good but unfortunately the hands had an unpleasant smell of garlic, comparing ourselves with the other couple we received "haste" for the final shower, disappointing relaxation area service .. an already peeled mandarin and butter biscuits of the market, we have toured many centers but never anything like this, they could do more for the structure it deserves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel trovato su internet cercando anche una spa per una giornata di relax totale. Dato il periodo di minore affluenza ci è parso avessimo l’albergo quasi tutto per noi, e questa cosa l’ho gradita tanto visto il tipo di vacanza e data l’incertezza dei contatti sociali legati al Covid, sui quali però mi permetto di fare un appunto: nel bagno comune sarebbe più corretto mettere un dispenser di sapone automatico e soprattutto della carta mani da usare e gettare, e non la tovaglia di spugna unica per tutti i passanti, difatti abolita in qualsiasi bagno pubblico.
Per il resto soddisfatta della camera (mini bar incredibilmente fornito), del percorso di coppia esclusivo nella SPA dotata di jacuzzi (forse però troppo piena di cloro in quanto arrivano a bruciare gli occhi, e ovviamente la cosa è poco gradevole), bio sauna e bagno turco, e ho trovato molto suggestiva la cabina in cui abbiamo effettuato il massaggio di coppia. Abbiamo pure fatto il bagno nella jacuzzi in terrazza, dove c’è anche un bar (ormai chiuso) che sicuramente d’estate avrà ospitato molta gente, in quanto lo spazio si presta a momenti divertenti in compagnia. Colazione nella media, anche se si trattava di un buffet che probabilmente era tale solo perché non c’era affluenza, e spero che in situazione diversa rispetti invece le norme anti-Covid diventando un buffet assistito, come dovrebbe essere.
Personale gentile, ma abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la ragazza che ci ha spiegato il percorso benessere, poiché l’unica che abbia mostrato un atteggiamento gioioso, importante per l’accoglienza degli ospiti.
Hotel found on the internet also looking for a spa for a day of total relaxation. Given the period of lesser turnout, it seemed to us that we had the hotel almost entirely to ourselves, and I enjoyed this so much given the type of holiday and given the uncertainty of social contacts linked to Covid, on which, however, I take the liberty of doing a note: in the common bathroom it would be more correct to put an automatic soap dispenser and above all some hand paper to use and throw away, and not the unique terry cloth for all passers-by, in fact abolished in any public bathroom.
For the rest, satisfied with the room (incredibly well-stocked mini bar), the exclusive couple's path in the SPA equipped with a jacuzzi (perhaps too full of chlorine as it burns the eyes, and of course this is not very pleasant), bio sauna and Turkish bath, and I found the cabin in which we had the couple's massage very impressive. We also took a bath in the jacuzzi on the terrace, where there is also a bar (now closed) which will certainly have hosted a lot of people in the summer, as the space lends itself to fun moments in company. Average breakfast, even if it was a buffet that was probably only because there was no turnout, and I hope that in a different situation it complies with the anti-Covid rules by becoming an assisted buffet, as it should be.
Friendly staff, but we particularly appreciated the girl who explained the wellness program to us, as she was the only one who showed a joyful attitude, which is important for welcoming guests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel moderno alla periferia di Alcamo. La stanza in cui ho soggiornato era abbastanza spaziosa e c'era pure un piccolo angolo cucina. Bagno piccolo con doccia a vista. Servizio discreto. Spa esclusiva con Jacuzzi, bagno turco e sauna (veramente rilassante). Dalla colazione mi sarei aspettato di più: poca scelta e prodotti di media qualità. Purtroppo l'hotel è fortemente penalizzato dalla location e quindi non mi sento di dare più di 3 stelle. Inoltre, con un prezzo inferiore, ci sono altre strutture che offrono molto di più.
Modern hotel on the outskirts of Alcamo. The room I stayed in was quite spacious and there was even a small kitchenette. Small bathroom with exposed shower. Discreet service. Exclusive spa with Jacuzzi, Turkish bath and sauna (truly relaxing). From breakfast I would have expected more: little choice and medium quality products. Unfortunately the hotel is heavily penalized by the location and therefore I don't feel like giving more than 3 stars. In addition, with a lower price, there are other properties that offer much more.

Percorso SPA in linea con le aspettative ma la presenza delle telecamere ovunque mette a disagio.
Stanza abbastanza confortevole ma materasso scomodo e bagno estremamente piccolo.
Colazione ottima.

Il massaggio Tranquillity Ritual estremamente rilassante con molta cura dei particolari: lenzuolo caldo, bellissima musica. Mi sono sentita coccolata!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una bella struttura in se sia l’ingresso che le stanze per fare massaggi e percorso benessere.
Deludente il prezzo molto alto, considerando il servizio nella stanza che ti offre 4 biscotti orrendi!! e un mandarino sbucciato in maniera pietosa , senza ricevere neanche una bottiglia di prosecco come fanno tutti gli altri centri.
Ho trovato deludente anche il personale dal relax è diventata un ansia stare mentre ti facevi il percorso, tra telecamere puntate e il dipendente che entrava spesso nella stanza e sono rimasto deluso anche alla fine che la mia ragazza é andata via con i capelli bagnati perché il ragazzo della reception non ci ha dato tempo di fare una doccia per toglierci l’olio del massaggio e che non dava un minimo di privacy neanche quando mettevamo il giubbotto.
A beautiful structure in itself, both the entrance and the rooms for massages and wellness programs.
Disappointing the very high price, considering the service in the room which offers you 4 awful cookies !! and a tangerine peeled in a pitiful way, without receiving even a bottle of prosecco like all the other centers do.
I also found the staff disappointing from the relaxation it became an anxiety to stand while you were making your way, between cameras pointed and the employee who often entered the room and I was also disappointed in the end that my girlfriend left with wet hair because the reception guy didn't give us time to take a shower to take off the massage oil and he didn't give a minimum of privacy even when we put on the vest.
