★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agenzia pessima, sono stata x un rimborso su un biglietto Toremar emesso da loro, non solo hanno aspettato che toremar li rimborsasse , ma quando trascorso un mese mi sono recata ( senza essere chiamata) in agenzia, mi sono vista trattenere 6 euro x diritti di agenzia. In tutto questo ho chiamato toremar che mi ha confermato che non solo avrebbero dovuto rimborsare subito, ma che non spettano assolutamente i diritti di agenzia su un rimborso, anche xche i diritti di agenzia spettano solo in caso di emissione biglietto, Non parliamo poi della "Gentilissima" signorina che mi ha trattato come se stessi chiedendo chissà cosa. A me 6 euro non cambiano nulla, a voi agenzia? Sicuramente una bella segnalazione all associazione consumatori.

In all this I called toremar who confirmed to me that not only would they have to reimburse immediately, but that they are absolutely not entitled to agency fees on a reimbursement, even if agency rights are due only in the event of ticket issuance, let's not talk about the " Very kind "Miss who treated me like I was wondering who knows what. To me 6 euros do not change anything, to you agency? Definitely a nice report to the consumer association.
