d	dario pandolfo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sul piano professionale, nulla da dire, conoscono bene i ricambi ed hanno un magazzino ben fornito, purtroppo non posso dire lo stesso sul piano umano.qualche giorno fa chiamo il titolare per chiedere gentilmente se mi avesse potuto aspettare 5 minuti oltre la chiusura (chiudono alle 18) dicendo che avevo fatto già 10 km ed ero a 4 km dal negozio, lui per tutta risposta mi nega questa cortesia dicendomi che era meglio se tornavo indietro. Provo lo stesso, arrivo alle 18:06 e trovo chiuso. Fortunatamente a 6 km trovo vsp ricambi di Lissone, specializzati in ricambi vespa, li chiamo, gentilissimi mi dicono che ci sono fino alle 19 e comunque se un cliente chiama loro cortesemente aspettano se si tratta di qualche minuto. Il cliente non ha sempre ragione, ci mancherebbe, però a volte servirebbe un po' di apertura mentale e capire la circostanza, questo mi aspetto, soprattutto da parte di chi lavora in proprio e non timbra il cartellino! Mi hanno mandato dei ricambi introvabili, ce li avevano solo loro in tutta Italia. Altri ricambisti mi dicevano che questi pezzi non si trovavano più e invece ancora si trovano e loro me li hanno trovati e spediti.
