★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La qualità è sempre top in tutti i punti vendita ali ma per me quello a maserà è il mio preferito.
È sempre pulito ,frutta e verdura sempre eccellente rispetto agli altri punti vendita di altri marchi. Il personale è sempre gentile e pronto al sorriso e ad una battuta. Banco carne sempre molto fornito come la gastronomia spesso trovo cose nuove da assaggiare. In alcuni punti vendita come quello di maserà disponibile il servizio di prenotazione on line e ritiro in negozio. Bellissimo
 The quality is always top in all ali stores but for me the one in maserà is my favorite.
It is always clean, fruit and vegetables always excellent compared to other outlets of other brands. The staff is always polite and ready to smile and make a joke. Meat counter always well stocked like gastronomy I often find new things to taste. In some points of sale, such as that of Mas, the online booking and in-store pick-up service will be available. Very beautifull

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ore 12.40."CESTINI" CARRELLI nuovi,ne prendo uno metto 4 cose e vado in Cassa 9 (Cassa veloce con CESTINO) la cassiera mi dice che il cestino non ci passa e mi manda via,fin qui ok, per evitare di fare coda di 20minuti in altre casse prendo le mie 4 cose le trasporto nel cestino rosso e ripongo la novità al suo posto ritorno in cassa 9 e senza passare davanti a nessuno metto sul rullo, la cassiera inizia a dirmi che così non si fa che non dipende da lei la guardo incredula e chiedo qual è il problema se voglio cambiare cestino,niente lei continua e mi irrita. Maleducata al massimo. (25 settembre)
Riguardo alla sign.ra Alessandra Gobbo lo so benissimo che lei non era in coda e che sta difendendo un'amica,non scredito il punto vendita perchè il personale è gentile e cortese altrimenti non ci andrei a far la spesa tutti i giorni prima di tutto sono cliente e anche se lavoro nel settore non tratto i clienti così. A proposito la sua amica ha scritto una recensione negativa alla concorrenza per vendicarsi e ha confermato la mia. Buona vita.
12.40. "BASKETS" New TROLLEYS, I take one, put 4 things and go to Cash 9 (Fast cash desk with BASKET) the cashier tells me that the basket does not go through and sends me away, so far ok, to avoid queuing 20 minutes in other crates I take my 4 things I transport them in the red basket and put the novelty in its place I return to the crate 9 and without passing in front of anyone I put on the roll, the cashier begins to tell me that this is not done that does not depend on she looks at her incredulous and I ask what is the problem if I want to change the basket, nothing she continues and irritates me. Regarding Ms Alessandra Gobbo I know very well that she was not in the queue and that she is defending a friend, I do not discredit the store because the staff is kind and courteous otherwise I would not go shopping there every day first of all I'm a customer and even though I work in the industry, I don't treat customers like that. By the way, her friend wrote a bad competitor review for revenge and confirmed mine. Good life.

Esperienza che ha voluto fosse il punto di forza della sua catena

Well stocked, tidy, you will find everything you need, excellent counter food, well exposed (and good) friendly and helpful staff, an extra star for the external and internal parking always free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prediligo la catena di supermercati Ali da tanto tempo per la cortesia e gentilezza che si respira nei punti vendita, l'affiatamento del personale che da senso di serenità e la disponibilità e attenzione rivolta al cliente.
Inoltre, non meno importante, la qualità e la varietà dei prodotti proposti: eccellente e per ogni esigenza e tutte le tasche. Presenti molti prodotti locali per ogni punto vendita a seconda della location: valorizzazione attenta ai produttori diretti locali. Veramente una spesa a dimensione d'uomo!
I have preferred the Ali supermarket chain for a long time for the courtesy and kindness that is breathed in the stores, the harmony of the staff that gives a sense of serenity and the availability and attention given to the customer.
Furthermore, no less important, the quality and variety of the products offered: excellent and for every need and all budgets. There are many local products for each store depending on the location: careful enhancement of local direct producers. Truly a human-sized expense!
