★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buonasera. Con mia moglie è da anni che buona parte della spesa la facciamo nel pv Hard discount di via Marturano. Abbiamo sempre trovato un soddisfacente rapporto qualità prezzo, professionalità ed educazione degli impiegati ma sabato 5 giugno 2021 recandoci a fare la spesa abbiamo trovato un notevole miglioramento, un salto positivo in avanti. Nuova disposizione della merce, impostatata con grande cura, e ordine, una maggiore pulizia e sistemazione ( non è mai mancata ma l'ho trovata migliorata ). Insomma ho trovato più accogliente e funzionale il vs punto vendita. Mia moglie spontaneamente ha voluto ringraziare e farlo notare ad un impiegato che stava sistemando della merce. Ritengo giusto plaudire chi fa bene il suo lavoro, siamo abituati a scrivere solo quando abbiamo da lamentarci. Ancora grazie e complimenti a tutti gli impiegati e responsabili di questo supermercato. Grazie. R. Emanuele
Good evening. With my wife, we have been doing most of our shopping for years in the Hard discount store in via Marturano. We have always found a satisfactory value for money, professionalism and education of the employees but on Saturday 5 June 2021, when we went shopping we found a significant improvement, a positive leap forward. New arrangement of the goods, set with great care, and order, greater cleanliness and arrangement (it has never been lacking but I have found it improved). In short, I found your point of sale more welcoming and functional. My wife spontaneously wanted to thank and point it out to an employee who was arranging some goods. I think it's right to applaud those who do their job well, we are used to writing only when we have to complain.
