★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un piccolo alimentari di questo tipo non trovi più nelle grandi città. E anche come nei piccoli paesi dove tutti sanno di tutto, l'esercizio commerciale non ha né insegna, ne orari di lavoro esposti. :)
Ho trovato qui un prosciutto crudo e un formaggio stagionato con la crosta nera buonissimi.
Il proprietario mi ha regalato il fondo del prosciutto "per fare la pasta". Grazie
