★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È Una gestione di sole donne visto che le macellerie di solito sono gestite da uomini. Sfasciano e affettano la carne da espette. Una macelleria impeccabile Franca e Maria sono macellaie perfette. La loro gentilezza, il sorriso di Maria, la frenesia di Franca coadiuvato dalla loro cortesia sono fattori che difficilmente trovi in un paese montano. Carne di loro produzione e quando capita di essere da quelle parti effettuo un bel po' di acquisti di carne.
It is a female-only management as butchers are usually run by men. They shred and slice the espette meat. An impeccable butcher Franca and Maria are perfect butchers. Their kindness, Maria's smile, Franca's frenzy assisted by their courtesy are factors that you can hardly find in a mountain town. Meat of their production and when it happens to be in those parts I make a lot of meat purchases.
