★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio di giocattoli come quelli di quando ero bambina. Personale competente e preparato. Negozio con articoli di qualità e diversi da quelli che si possono trovare nelle grandi catene. Ho acquistato una casa delle bambole e la signora me l ha incartata già montata e con pacchettini regalo con all interno i mobili. Ho acquistato anche un gioco di società e x farmi vedere come funzionava hanno giocato insieme a me, davvero meraviglioso. Vogliamo paragonare questi servizi e la qualità dei giochi con quella che troviamo nelle grandi catene? Negozio super consigliato.
Toy shop like those of when I was a child. Competent and trained staff. Shop with quality items and other than those found in large chains. I purchased a dollhouse and the lady wrapped it up already assembled and with gift packages with the furniture inside. I also bought a board game and to show me how it worked they played with me, really wonderful. Do we want to compare these services and the quality of the games with what we find in the big chains? Super recommended shop.

Mi ero già rivolta a loro ottenendo efficienza e cortesia ma oggi hanno fatto davvero l’impossibile: ho scritto loro alle 13,15 per sapere se per caso fossero riusciti a portarci a domicilio un regalo per mio marito. Oggi è il suo compleanno e per un imprevisto ero rimasta senza un regalo per lui, essendo tutti in quarantena non sarei potuta andare a comprarlo. Tempo di scrivere ed inviare su Whatsapp, ho ricevuto subito una risposta gentile ed un concreto supporto con foto e suggerimenti. Abitiamo a Collegno e alle 15 mio marito aveva già in mano il suo regalo!!! Consegna gratuita e come se non bastasse ci hanno anche regalato a sorpresa un gioco della Djeco per i bimbi !!! Insomma ancora grazie e non posso fare a meno che Super consigliarlo a tutti!!!

I had already turned to them, obtaining efficiency and courtesy, but today they really did the impossible: I wrote to them at 1.15 pm to find out if by chance they had managed to bring us a gift for my husband. Today is his birthday and for an unexpected event I was left without a gift for him, since everyone was in quarantine I could not go and buy it. Time to write and send on Whatsapp, I immediately received a kind reply and concrete support with photos and suggestions. We live in Collegno and at 3 pm my husband already had his gift in his hand !!! Free delivery and as if that were not enough they also gave us a surprise Djeco game for the children !!! In short thanks again and I can not help but Super recommend it to everyone !!!

Si percepisce un clima di disagio appena si varca la soglia della porta. Il personale è scortese, ci si sente trattati con sufficienza. Queste persone non capiscono che nel lavoro il successo è dato dalla soddisfazione del cliente, dal passaparola, da un clima che ti fa venir voglia di tornare lì anche senza un vero obiettivo.

An atmosphere of discomfort is perceived as soon as you cross the threshold of the door. The staff are rude, you feel treated fairly. These people do not understand that success in work is given by customer satisfaction, by word of mouth, by an atmosphere that makes you want to go back there even without a real goal.
