Abbiamo acquistato 56 bomboniere in CRISTALLO, le ritiriamo due giorni prima del matrimonio e una volta a casa, ci accorgiamo che le bomboniere sballottano moltissimo all'interno della scatola. Ne apriamo una e constatiamo che al posto di essere bloccate all'interno con un imballaggio come da accordi, è stato messo un tulle per confetti. Torniamo in negozio sconcertati per chiedere spiegazioni, veniamo accolti in malo modo dalla Signora, solo per l'età, in quanto maleducatissima!!! Cerca di evitarci e intanto borbotta contro di noi!!! La sua spiegazione è che ha deciso lei così (con i nostri soldi) senza avvisarci!!! Inoltre prezzi non chiari: propongono decorazioni per le scatole senza parlare dei costi aggiuntivi, compaiono a sorpresa nel conto. Wedding 17/07/21 Luca and Dasha. We bought 56 CRYSTAL favors, we collect them two days before the wedding and once at home, we realize that the favors toss a lot inside the box. We open one and we see that instead of being blocked inside with a packaging as agreed, a tulle for sugared almonds has been placed. We go back to the shop disconcerted to ask for explanations, we are greeted in a bad way by the Lady, only for the age, as very rude !!! He tries to avoid us and in the meantime he mumbles against us !!! Her explanation is that she decided so (with our money) without warning us !!! Furthermore, prices are not clear: they propose decorations for the boxes without talking about the additional costs, they appear surprisingly in the bill.

Definitely quality wedding favors, but small, messy and proprietary and salespeople don't let you look in peace. I will never go back.

Sono entrata per essere consigliata e la signora che mi ha accolta non solo non è stata per niente disponibile mi ha trattata con superiorità. La proprietaria cafona e maleducata. Ad un certo punto ha detto alla sua dipendente riferendosi a me, lasciala perdere, non perdere tempo. Mai più Went to buy some boxes and all that to pack favors made by a friend of mine. I went in to be advised and the lady who welcomed me was not only not available at all, she treated me with superiority. The owner is peasant and rude. At one point he said to his employee referring to me, forget it, don't waste time. Never again

Ho scelto ed ordinato delle bomboniere con oltre un mese di anticipo e dopo due settimane ho chiamato per aggiungere una bomboniera di taglia più grande per la madrina. Avevo visto questa bomboniera in vetrina e chi mi ha risposto al telefono mi ha detto che me l'avrebbe messa da parte. Quando sono andata a ritirarle mi è stato detto addirittura che quella bomboniera più grande non è mai esistita nel loro negozio, peccato che l'uomo che mi ha risposto al telefono mi abbia comunicato il prezzo (più del doppio) rispetto a quelle già ordinato. Praticamente mi ha dato della bugiarda mi ha costretto a pagare una bomboniera in più che non avevo richiesto e non si è nemmeno degnata di farmi uno sconto cortesia per l'accaduto. Sconsiglio vivamente di servirsi in questo esercizio. Owner with an irritating, rude and unprofessional attitude. I chose and ordered wedding favors over a month in advance and after two weeks I called to add a larger size favor for the godmother. I had seen this favor in the window and whoever answered the phone told me they would put it aside for me. When I went to pick them up I was even told that the largest favor never existed in their shop, too bad that the man who answered the phone told me the price (more than double) compared to those already ordered. She practically called me a liar, forced me to pay an extra favor that I hadn't requested and she didn't even deign to give me a courtesy discount for what happened. I strongly advise against using it in this exercise.

We have always had a good time in this shop specializing in wedding favors and not. This time for my son's Communion we have chosen Thun products. Le abbiamo fatto presente di non averli mai richiesti ma di essere disposti a pagarli ugualmente, se ormai andati in produzione, per evitarle disguidi (giusto per farle capire che non era una questione di soldi ma di PRINCIPIO). Ci ha risposto via email, in modo tutt’altro che professionale e indispettita, che avrebbe buttato il tutto e tolto dal conto. Livello davvero basso. Very rude and really unprofessional owner. We found ourselves on the extra pieces account that he sent into production without any confirmation from us. We pointed out that we have never requested them but that we are willing to pay them anyway, if they have already gone into production, to avoid misunderstandings (just to make her understand that it was not a question of money but of PRINCIPLE). She replied via email, in a way that was anything but professional and annoyed, that she would have thrown everything away and taken off the bill. Really low level.
