1) prezzi sopra la media (e non giustificati visto la qualità del servizio);
2) tempi molto lunghi (2 settimane per sostituzione cavo flat è una follia, forse se prendi il pezzo di ricambio da Marte fai prima);
3) nessuna comunicazione con il cliente (sempre io a dover chiamare per avere notizie a parte una solo una volta per dirmi di passare e soprattutto pagare);
4) poca serietà,
5) pagamento: ricevuta falsissima (fatta verificare), ha tentato di ricevere i soldi in nero (90 euro), inventando scuse ridicole. Mi sono dovuto mettere a discutere animatamente per farmi fare lo scontrino fiscale (alle 18:50 risultava il primo scontrino della giornata!!!)
6) pc abbandonato nello stanzino incustodito con sopra oggetti che possono graffiarlo;
Ah, la recensione con 5 stellle è FALSISSIMA, siccome è quella del tecnico... Roba da matti...
Insomma proprio non ci siamo!
NOT RECOMMENDED !!!
1) above average prices (and not justified given the quality of the service);
2) very long times (2 weeks for flat cable replacement is madness, maybe if you take the spare part from Mars you do it first);
3) no communication with the customer (always me having to call for news apart only once to tell me to pass and above all pay);
4) little seriousness,
5) payment: false receipt (checked), he tried to receive the money in black (90 euros), inventing ridiculous excuses. I had to start arguing heatedly to get the receipt (at 18:50 it was the first receipt of the day !!!)
6) PC abandoned in the unattended closet with objects on it that can scratch it;
Ah, the 5 star review is VERY FALSE, as it is the one of the technician ... Crazy stuff ...
In short, we are not there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo un problema alla ventola del pc e questo negozio è stato l'unico in grado di risolvere il problema in una mattinata ad un prezzo decisamente inferiore rispetto ai negozi circostanti. Consigliatissimo!
I had a problem with the PC fan and this shop was the only one able to solve the problem in a morning at a much lower price than the surrounding shops. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mirco è una persona qualificata e disponibile. Mi ha rimesso a nuovo un "vecchio" PC ed in meno di due minuti ha risolto un conflitto che iPhone aveva con Windows e che mi faceva impazzire da più di un anno. Posso sempre contare tranquillamente su di lui.
