★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con l'app è possibile organizzare bene alcuni servizi ma per quelli non prenotabili con questo sistema si deve lo stesso chiamare telefonicamente per prendere un appuntamento e trovare qualcuno che risponda al telefono non è scontato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Persone veramente incompetenti in base al ridicolo compito ricoperto. Risposte volgari non appropiate a situazioni. Tempi di piego enormi. Centro non idoneo a favore della semplificazione per il cittadino che lo rende attivo con le tasse pagate.
UNA VERGOGNA.
Really incompetent people based on the ridiculous task covered. Vulgar responses not appropriate to situations. Huge folding times. Center not suitable for simplification for the citizen who makes it active with the taxes paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho il circolo dogana.... non mi hanno ritirato 2 sacchi contenenti plastica ed altre cose visto che non li avevo fatti io ma erano dell'evento motoraduno ed io li ho trovati gia chiusi..... dovevano portarli via quelli dell'evento e visto che non lo hanno fatto me ne sono preso cura io.
Ok vada che non erano forse conformi alle norme..... accetto che non siano stati ritirati, ma che senso ha aprirli e lasciare tutto il contenuto sparso sul marciapiede..... il cittadino cerca di essere educato e rispettoso del vostro lavoro ..... ma cercate di esserlo anche voi x favore e provate a chiudere un'occhio qualche volta x la pace comune
I have the clubhouse .... I have not collected 2 bags containing plastic and other things since I had not made them but they were of the motorcycle event and I found them already closed ..... they had to take away those of ' event and since they did not, I took care of it.
Ok go that they were perhaps not compliant with the rules ..... I accept that they have not been withdrawn, but what sense has to open them and leave all the content scattered on the sidewalk ..... the citizen tries to be polite and respectful of your work ..... but try to be too x favor and try to close an eye sometimes x common peace

Vai al centro negli orari aperti al pubblico, perché ovviamente ci sono altri orari dove sarà chiuso al pubblico, oppure sarà a disposizione solo degli addetti ai lavori... e non ti fanno entrare momentaneamente perché ce un camion che fa il cambio cassone!!! sfortunatamente il camionista era anche un po imbranato (anche secondo me) ma non ero io a dirlo, bensi gli operatori del centro presenti in quel momento... tutto questo per giustificarsi dopo che iniziavo a protestare per il protrarsi dell'attesa... tanto che mi hanno fatto lasciare praticamente alla sbarra ciò che dovevo scaricare, per farmi uscire dalla fila! io non potevo trattenermi altro tempo!
Il punto è che nell'orario al pubblico non si chiude per fare i cambi cassoni!! se è l'orario per il pubblico... è per il pubblico!! mi dispiace anche che gli addetti facevano finta di non capire...

The point is that during the opening hours the public does not close to change boxes !! if it's the time for the public ... it's for the public !! I'm also sorry that the staff pretended not to understand ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spazi puliti e ordinati, personale cortese, tempi d'attesa minimi o nulli, chi si lamenta di questo centro non ha mai provato quelli di alcune grandi città. A titolo d'esempio provate a cercare su google la recensione del centro AMA di Roma Corviale. Con tale livello di efficienza non capisco e ho somma vergogna di chi abbandona i propri rifiuti sulle strade o addirittura in campagna. Risparmio la quinta stella per auspicare l'adozione di un sistema di controlli e sanzioni contro questi personaggi.
Clean and tidy spaces, courteous staff, minimal or no waiting times, those who complain about this center have never tried those of some large cities. As an example, try to google the review of the AMA center in Rome Corviale. With this level of efficiency I do not understand and I am utterly ashamed of those who abandon their waste on the roads or even in the countryside. I save the fifth star to advocate the adoption of a system of controls and sanctions against these characters.
