★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non trovate di tutto ma abbastanza su bricolage, ricambi e accessori. Qualcosa sul reparto mobile c'è ma migliorerei il reparto e svecchierei un po' il. Punto vendita perché non ha un aspetto molto contemporaneo.

L' unica cosa di cui non avevo ancora esperienza era la customer care. A gennaio 2022 ho acquistato un prodotto che, per un errore a me non imputabile, si è rivelato inservibile.
L'ho riportato prontamente in negozio e, nonostante le resistenze scomposte ed illogiche di chi mi aveva servito, il sig. Massimiliano, in quella circostanza l'addetto responsabile, ascoltate le parti, ha preso in mano la situazione e l'ha prontamente risolta. Grazie ancora sig. Massimiliano. Tornerò sicuramente a fare acquisti all'Alfea, certo che la politica dell'azienda è lasciare contenti i clienti.
Satisfied customer! Purchase at Alfea for more than 10 years, both privately and as a company, I always felt good.
The only thing I didn't experience was customer care. In January 2022 I purchased a product that, for an error to me not attributable, proved to be useless.
I promptly reported it to the store and, despite the decomposed and illogical resistances of those who had served me, Mr. Massimiliano, in that circumstance the responsible attendant, listen to the parties, took the situation in hand and promptly resolved it. Thanks again Mr. Massimiliano. I will definitely return to make purchases at the Alfea, of course the company's policy is letting customers happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente mi aspettavo di più, sopratutto di vedere qualcosa di mai visto con novità assolute…invece mi è sembrato di entrare in un classico magazzino addobbato con decorazioni natalizie…il tutto già visto e rivisto in altri negozi e su internet. Non sono riuscito a capire perché le persone ne parlavano bene, forse 10-20 anni fa…ma al giorno d’oggi non è nulla di nuovo. Bocciato
Honestly I expected more, especially to see something never seen before with absolute novelties ... instead it seemed to me to enter a classic warehouse decorated with Christmas decorations ... all already seen and reviewed in other shops and on the internet. I couldn't understand why people talked about it well, maybe 10-20 years ago ... but nowadays it's nothing new. Failed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Angolo dedicato al Natale molto bello, atmosfera suggestiva ,assortimento eccellente, anche da fare visitare ai piccoli, c'è l'angolo dedicato alle casette in miniatura veramente bello.un assortimento di alberi di natale, sintetici, pazzesco. Peccato che con le restrizioni covid non abbiano messo un Babbo Natale in carne ed ossa.... I bimbi sarebbero impazziti di gioia... In compenso il trenino all'ingresso decorato molto bene.
Very nice corner dedicated to Christmas, suggestive atmosphere, excellent assortment, even for children to visit, there is the corner dedicated to really nice miniature houses. An assortment of Christmas trees, synthetic, crazy. Too bad that with the covid restrictions they have not put a Santa Claus in flesh and blood .... The children would have gone mad with joy ... On the other hand, the little train at the entrance decorated very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As an American living in Acireale, I was looking for a place similar to a Lowe's or Home Depot...the pictures on the reviews here didn't do it justice. Pretty good selection and reminded me, in certain parts of the store, of Ikea. Decent prices too!
