 It didn't solve the problem of an air conditioner not working. However, we paid € 350 for the change of gas which was not needed.

Ho sollecitato più volte una risposta ma a quanto pare sono molto indaffarati...
Zero rispetto del cliente, bastava una comunicazione che non è mai arrivata, zero professionalità, zero competenze.
I professionisti si trovano altrove, non qui.
Contacted for a quote for an important job, they came for an inspection but after that they never made themselves heard ...
I have solicited an answer several times but apparently they are very busy ...
Zero respect for the customer, a communication that never arrived, zero professionalism, zero skills was enough.
Professionals are found elsewhere, not here.
