Locale : pulito, forse un tantino scarno

Servizio : cordiali, veloci forse un pò troppo informale... Non ho gradito che un ragazzetto di una ventina d'anni mi abbia dato il 'tu'

Pizza: dicono che il pizzaiolo sia napoletano... Mah! Sarà......
Le materie prime sono sinceramente discrete ma l'impasto assolutamente lontano dal vero impasto napoletano... Poco lievitato, mal condito e credo che il pizzaiolo non abbia tenuto conto del cambio di pressione atmosferica (giornata umida e freddina)
Risultato: pizza gommosa

Cucina: al contrario di quanto vantato dal titolare il menù è estremamente povero.
Ho provato la carne, mi è stata consigliata una fiorentina
Non mi è stato chiesto il livello di cottura
Mi è arrivata una costata il cui livello di frollatura era indefinibile, troppo salata e tagliata in maniera pessima.

Sinceramente non so se ci ritorno, e sicuramente a belvedere marittimo ci sono pizzerie che meritano più di Alexa

The raw materials are honestly discreet but the dough is absolutely far from the true Neapolitan dough ... Little leavened, poorly seasoned and I believe that the pizza chef did not take into account the change in atmospheric pressure (wet and cold day)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza buona e ingredienti di qualità, purtroppo tutto passa in secondo piano nel momento in cui il cliente viene letteralmente abbandonato al tavolo, decine le volte in cui abbiamo sollecitato qualche operatore anche per le cose più banali come la ricezione delle comande o, addirittura, il ritiro dei contanti a saldo del conto. Abbiamo rinunciato al caffè e dolce perché solo tra l'accoglimento delle comande e l'arrivo delle pizze sono passate oltre 2 ore e non ci andava di aspettare altro tempo indefinito...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato una sera a cena optando per il menù ristorante, e sinceramente non mi ha convinto. Menù un po' misero, anche se con piatti un po' diversi dalle solite proposte. E' vero che le materie prime non sempre possono essere disponibili, ma su 4 persone in 3 hanno dovuto cambiare scelta. Ho avuto l'impressione che voglia essere una locale di nicchia, ma molto lontano da esserlo, nello stesso tempo non è un posto informale dove trovare una semplice insalata di mare e/o frittura di pesce classica. Il cibo provato comunque era buono ed è stato apprezzato da tutti.
I was one evening for dinner opting for the restaurant menu, and honestly it did not convince me. Menu a bit poor, even if with dishes a little different from the usual proposals. It is true that raw materials may not always be available, but out of 4 people in 3 had to change their choice. I got the impression that it wants to be a niche place, but very far from it, at the same time it is not an informal place to find a simple seafood salad and / or classic fried fish. However, the food tasted was good and was appreciated by all.
