Non ti suggeriscono mai cliché predefiniti, dettati dall'abitudine o, peggio ancora, dalle mode del momento che non sempre si adattano alle "persone reali". Ascoltano e capiscono la cliente, le propongono qualcosa che si adatti davvero al suo stile e la realizzano sempre con la massima perizia.
I have been attending this hairdresser for years, I don't go often because I have fairly simple needs, which is why I particularly love their ability to understand the type of client they have in front of them, always offering them something that is really good for her.
They never suggest predefined clichés, dictated by habit or, worse still, by the fashions of the moment that don't always fit "real people". They listen and understand the customer, offer her something that really fits her style and always make it with the utmost skill.
