Il Dottore ed il suo prezioso staff mi hanno seguita e curata in tante situazioni: dall'impianto del primo apparecchio per i denti, alla prima carie (rimasta l'unica a lungo grazie all'educazione all'igiene dentale da loro efficacemente trasmessa), fino all'estrazione dei denti del giudizio, passando per piccoli interventi estetici (sbiancamento dei denti). La professionalità e l'umanità del Dottore e del suo staff mi hanno permesso di vivere con leggerezza e serenità ognuna di queste occasioni, sapendo che avrei ottenuto, come sempre, il miglior risultato possibile! I have been attending Doctor Cappelli's office since I was a child. The Doctor and his precious staff have followed me and treated me in many situations: from the implantation of the first dental appliance, to the first caries (which remained the only one for a long time thanks to the dental hygiene education they effectively transmitted), up to the extraction of wisdom teeth, passing through small aesthetic interventions (teeth whitening). The professionalism and humanity of the Doctor and his staff allowed me to live each of these occasions with lightness and serenity, knowing that I would get, as always, the best possible result!

R	Roberto Assolito on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chi soffre di una patologia seria ha necessariamente collezionato molte esperienze più o meno positive (se non talvolta disastrose) ma che difficilmente hanno condotto alla vera soluzione del problema. Per quanto mi riguarda ero arrivato ad un punto che non cercavo "soltanto" un bravo dentista ma il "mio" dentista. Dire che allo studio del dott. Cappelli ho trovato professionalità, pulizia, cortesia sarebbe limitativo. Ogni intervento viene preceduto da un'ampia valutazione del caso nella quale il dottore illustra punto per punto le modalità del percorso da seguire; ci si sente ascoltati, capiti, accompagnati ad affrontare anche gli interventi più complessi. Inoltre, sempre (dico sempre) il tutto è corredato da minuziosi preventivi delle varie possibili cure. Faccio molti km per recarmi allo studio ma sono ben felice di dedicare questo tempo alla soluzione dei miei problemi. Veramente desidero ringraziare pubblicamente il dott. Cappelli che è persona professionale, competente, seria, umana, attorno al quale ruota uno staff d'eccezione. Consiglio vivamente a tutti di affidarsi alle sue cure. Hats I found professionalism, cleanliness, courtesy would be limiting. Each intervention is preceded by a broad evaluation of the case in which the doctor illustrates point by point the methods of the path to follow; one feels listened to, understood, accompanied to face even the most complex interventions. In addition, always (I always say) everything is accompanied by meticulous estimates of the various possible treatments. I do many kilometers to go to the studio but I am happy to dedicate this time to solving my problems. I really want to publicly thank dr. Cappelli is a professional, competent, serious, human person, around whom an exceptional staff revolves. I highly recommend everyone to rely on his care.

Premetto che siamo in vacanza ( ma purtroppo il mal di denti non va in ferie) e dopo una notte insonne terribile un amica mi ha consigliato il dottore Cappelli. Appena contattato ci ha subito ricevuto comprendendo l'urgenza e come un professionista serio, competente e soprattutto umano mi ha spiegato con calma quale era il problema è come andava risolto. Grazie grazie e ancora grazie. Ringrazio anche Orietta e l'assistente del Dottore di cui purtroppo non conosco il nome per la loro straordinaria gentilezza e simpatia. Pochi giorni fa invece sono stato da lui per effettuare un lavoro urgente e complesso e il risultato è stato ottimo! Ho praticamente toccato con mano la professionalita' e la competenza sia del Dottore, sia dell'Assistente Maria, sia della Segretaria Orietta. Tutti molto disponibili, gentili e cordiali, ti fanno praticamente sentire "come a casa" in un'atmosfera molto serena. Oggi, pur vivendo a Senigallia (AN), vengo volentieri nello studio di Ascoli proprio perché ""la distanza viene ripagata dalla competenza""!!! Grazie e buon lavoro a tutto lo staff.
