★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato presso Ales Arredi un letto matrimoniale con un materasso ( modello MAGNIFICO ) di nome e di fatto e loro dietro una mia idea hanno creato una testata stupenda modello capitonne' .e che dire del divano letto rosso Ferrari..MERAVIGLIOSO...un particolare ringraziamento anche ai loro dipendenti molto precisi e professionali..In un momento cosi particolare nel quale ci troviamo diamo ossigeno e vita alle nostre aziende Made in Italy perche ricordiamoci come diceva il mio nonno 'una mano lava l'altra e tutte e due lavano il viso' meditate gente meditate...GRAZIE ALEX.!
I bought from Ales Arredi a double bed with a mattress (MAGNIFICO model) in name and in fact and behind my idea they created a wonderful headboard model capitonne '. And what about the Ferrari red sofa bed ... WONDERFUL ... a special thanks also to their very precise and professional employees .. In such a particular moment in which we find ourselves we give oxygen and life to our Made in Italy companies because let's remember how my grandfather used to say 'one hand washes the other and both wash your face 'meditate people meditate ... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Materasso troppo rigido ma ben rifinito. Ho chiesto la sostituzione dopo 2 giorni mi è stata negata accampando svariate scuse. Il materasso in questione è il modello RAPOLANO.
Bad experience. Mattress too rigid but well finished. I asked for a replacement after 2 days and I was denied making several apologies. The mattress in question is the RAPOLANO model.

Il primo materasso ricevuto era difettoso, mi è stato cambiato con un modello diverso, che dopo poco tempo ha iniziato a cedere. In tutto questo non ho ricevuto nessun tipo di assistenza dal rivenditore. Contattati direttamente, hanno risposto soltanto dopo svariati tentativi senza risolvere il problema, e con zero attenzione verso la soddisfazione del cliente (il materasso è ancora in garanzia, il rivenditore è fallito, e loro non rispondono). Speso 1600 euro per un materasso che è già da buttare. Consiglio di rivolgersi ad altri marchi conosciuti per acquisto materassi.
Bought a mattress them from a dealer. Experience bad. The first mattress received was defective, I was changed to a different model, which after a short time started to give way. In all this I have not received any assistance from the retailer. Contacted directly, they responded only after several attempts without solving the problem, and with zero attention to customer satisfaction (the mattress is still under warranty, the dealer has failed, and they do not respond). Spent 1600 euro for a mattress that is already to throw. I recommend to contact other brands known for purchasing mattresses.

Non hanno nemmeno avuto la cortesia di avvisarmi anzi mi hanno risposto sbattendo il telefono in faccia. Hanno problemi con il rivestimento ma non hanno dimostrato attenzione al cliente sia per l'assenza di educazione sia per l'assenza di capacità di risolvere un loro problema.
