In risposta alla sua nota, le evidenzio che per sua stessa ammissione non ha fatto nulla come agente di viaggi, se non fare una telefonata per prenotare l albergo nel luogo, a suo dire, da me indicato. Infine per sua stessa ammissione, non è mai stato in Provenza e non si neanche documentato, infatti ci ha prenotato un albergo in Camargue. Sarebbe stato più professionale se si fosse scusato e messo a disposizione per risolvere l accaduto. Invece nulla di tutto questo. Cordialmente la saluto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condivido in pieno la recensione di Maria Cristina Marroni visto che sono stata sua compagna di sventura nel viaggio e anche se è vero che ha proposto lei l'albergo, lei non ha fatto presente che distava 130 km dalla meta prestabilita e non ha proposto alcuna alternativa. Questo conferma il suo completo disinteresse sulle richieste fatte e quindi una grave lacuna nel suo lavoro. Sconsiglio vivamente

Mi sono trovata malissimo mi è stato organizzato un viaggio senza la minima ricerca e documentazione del luogo richiesto. La loro professionalità pari allo zero mi hanno mandato oltre 150 km dalla destinazione richiesta senza nessun supporto in terra straniera. Naturalmente non la consiglierò neanche al mio peggior nemico. Non dite che sono bugie e che è tutto inventato perché posso documentare tutto.
