M	Massimiliano Cannoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avrei voluto far parte di coloro che hanno recensito positivamente l'operato e la professionalità degli addetti della Ditta Cozzi ma questo mi è stato impedito in quanto è dal 15 di novembre che chiamo per richiedere pezzi di ricambio per una gnoccatrice acquistata presso la Ditta stessa; inviato messaggi tramite whatsapp, chiamate continue, sempre molto gentili nel rispondere e nel rassicurarmi che mi avrebbero fatto sapere perché chi si occupava di gestire il settore dei pezzi di ricambio o era fuori sede oppure non era reperibile, ma in ogni caso avrebbero provveduto a verificare la disponibilità in magazzino di quanto richiesto. Sono ancora in attesa di una loro risposta, ma è chiaro il loro disinteresse. Avrei preferito un NO fin dal principio piuttosto che essere lasciato in sospeso senza nessuna assistenza. Ho la documentazione fotografica. I buy from the Cozzi company a used combination, dated and out of production at an unrealistic figure, after two years (not twenty but two years), I contact the company for a withdrawal and a possible change with another machine, a cutter specifically, I am offered an exchange on par with an unacceptable object.
