★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata due volte presso il centro di Coppola di Forte dei Marmi e sono rimasta entrambe le volte delusa dal servizio, molto differente da quello di Milano. La prima volta oltre a non essere puntuali, mi hanno tagliato i capelli da un lato più corti e dall'altro più lunghi. La seconda volta ho preso appuntamento di persona per me ed un'amica specificando che avevamo necessità di fare la piega contemporaneamente e di uscire ad un determinato orario. Un'ora prima dell'appuntamento ci hanno contattato dicendo che avevano avuto un disguido ma che saremmo comunque riuscite ad uscire per l'orario prestabilito. Ci siamo presentate in anticipo e dopo aver atteso mezz'ora, ce ne siamo andate perché avremmo sicuramente ritardato. A differenza del centro di Milano in cui sono molto professionali e puntuali, quello di Forte dei Marmi lo sconsiglio, specialmente se si hanno altri impegni da rispettare.
I went twice to the center of Coppola in Forte dei Marmi and I was disappointed both times by the service, very different from that of Milan. The first time, besides not being punctual, they cut my hair on one side shorter and on the other longer. The second time I made an appointment in person for myself and a friend specifying that we needed to make the fold at the same time and to go out at a certain time. An hour before the appointment they contacted us saying that they had a mistake but that we would still be able to go out for the scheduled time. We showed up early and after waiting half an hour, we left because we would have surely delayed. Unlike the center of Milan where they are very professional and punctual, Forte dei Marmi does not recommend it, especially if you have other commitments to respect.
