Sicuramente tornerò ma vorrei qualcosa di meno "normale". Soddisfatta nel complesso. I made a henna tint, good execution and good color success. Nice owner and courteous staff. Ho avuto immediatamente reazione allergica( bruciore ) , perché nn mi da’ fastidio solo la tinta originale di Coppola . Alle mie domande ha risposto nervoso e aggressivo davanti a tutti i clienti .Vado dal parrucchiere soprattutto per rilassarmi.. me ne sono andata con i capelli bagnati senza piega .Costo 65 euro (tinta e shampoo).Esperienza da dimenticare I strongly advise against it, rude and arrogant manager, succubus staff. Il taglio mi ha riempita di doppie punte, il colore non era quello che avevo chiesto, soffro di cervicali e mi hanno lasciata mezz'ora con la testa bagnata (finché non ho fatto loro casino) e mi sono ritrovata il prezzo maggiorato a sorpresa. Sono andata in negozio all'apertura e sono uscita nel pomeriggio, arrivando con 2h di ritardo dalla mia estetista e con i capelli asciutti MA SENZA PIEGA.. Che ovviamente mi hanno ugualmente fatto pagare. Assolutamente sconsigliato a tutti coloro che conosco e non ci metterò mai più piede. If I could, I would put ZERO stars. Ho chiesto quale prodotto usassero e lo hanno tenuto nascosto. I capelli sono completamente bruciati, ispidi e mossi come prima in alcuni punti e lisci in altri. Un disastro. Mi hanno rovinata. Il proprietario del negozio mi ha fatto pagare 280€ senza nemmeno fare la ricevuta. Un danno irreparabile.
