★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale mal educato, non orientato verso il cliente, parlano tra di loro a voce alta dei cavoli loro come se fossero soli in negozio. Atteggiamento scortese, fila interminabile all'unica cassa aperta perché i colleghi impegnati a sistemare i vestiti in negozio! Senza parole!
Ill-mannered, non-customer-oriented staff talk loudly to each other about their cabbages as if they were alone in the shop. Rude attitude, endless queue at the only open cash desk because colleagues busy arranging clothes in the store! Without words!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diciamo che apprezzo molto Alcott come marca, la qualità non è male e i prezzi sono buoni. Ciò che mi infastidisce di questo negozio è la dicitura "outlet".
Mi spiego, in un Alcott "normale" trovo per esempio magliette a 10 euro e jeans a 25. In questo Alcott "outlet" trovo stesse identiche magliette a 10 euro, con prezzo "sbarrato" (cioè prezzo non outlet) 20 euro. Uguale i jeans, li vendono a 25 euro con prezzo "sbarrato" 50 euro.
In altre parole i prezzi sono quelli di qualsiasi altro negozio della catena, a parte il fatto che mettono vecchi prezzi supergonfiati per poi scontarli al prezzo normale. Insomma una presa per il sedere, se non una truffa più o meno legalizzata...
Let's say I really like Alcott as a brand, the quality is not bad and the prices are good. What annoys me about this shop is the word "outlet".

In other words, the prices are those of any other store in the chain, apart from the fact that they put old super inflated prices and then discount them at the normal price. In short, a grip for the butt, if not a more or less legalized scam ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono arrivato davanti al negozio Alcott alle 19.54 ed il negozio chiude alle 20. Ho aperto la porta ed una commessa con i capelli neri corti mi ha sbattuto letteralmente la porta in faccia sbuffando e dicendo "no no no non esiste" ed io, abbastanza allibito, ho esclamato "guardi che mancano 6 minuti alla chiusura e potrebbe comunque avere modi più gentili dato che sono un cliente" e lei ha risposto "si va bene dai" poi si è girata e se ne è andata. Un comportamento così non è assolutamente professionale.
I arrived in front of the Alcott store at 7.54pm and the store closes at 8pm. I opened the door and a saleswoman with short black hair literally slammed the door in my face, puffing and saying "no no no does not exist" and I, quite shocked , I exclaimed "look at it being 6 minutes before closing and could still have nicer ways since I'm a customer" and she replied "it's okay by" then she turned and left. Such behavior is not absolutely professional.
