Um a little expensive ... 35 € a week (July) ... For the rest of the gym is quite well stocked, but a Smith machine is missing ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kleines Gym welches in den 70er Jahren stehen geblieben ist. Die Kurzhanteln sind nicht beschriftet, somit wird das Suchen des richtigen Gewichtes zum Geduldsspiel. Im Gym hat es 30 Grad, alle Türen und Fenster sind geöffnet während ein mobiles Klimagerät mit 16 Grad die Luft im Raum teilt. Entlang der Strömungsrichtung des Klimateils hat es 16 Grad rundherum 30.
Tageskarte kostet 8€. Kurzhanteln sind einige vorhanden, wobei die schwerste wohl um die 35kg hat. Abstufung zw den KH sind nicht gegeben, mal 5 kg, mal 2kg, mal 10kg.
Die Bänke für freie Übungen lassen sich nicht senkrecht stellen, was das Schultertraining deutlich erschwert. Der Seilzug ist so niedrig das nur im knien trainiert werden kann, wobei das Seil mit Klebeband befestigt ist!
Es gibt zum Bankdrücken eine Flachbank und eine Schrägbank. Wenn allerdings jemand auf der Beinpresse trainiert, sind nicht genügend Gewichte vorhanden.
Die Männerumkleide ist ein Raum mit 4 Spinds, einer Bank und einem Spiegel. Die Spinds sind nicht absperrbar! Die Damenunkleide ist Lt. meiner Freundin genauso aufgebaut.
Es gibt eine Dusche (Männerbereich) vor der ein Teppich!!! liegt. Hygiene wird im gesamten Studio nicht groß geschrieben.
Es wird Personal Training angeboten wobei eine Dame und ein Herr hier die Einweisung übernehmen. Leider mit wenig Ahnung von der Materie aber viel Begeisterung.
Fazit: Für einmal im Urlaub schnell trainieren ist das Gym OK. Ist der Aufenthalt aber länger, unbedingt eine anderes Studio auswählen.
Small gym which stopped in the 70s. The dumbbells are not labeled, so finding the right weight is a game of patience. In the gym it is 30 degrees, all doors and windows are open while a mobile air conditioner divides the air in the room at 16 degrees. Along the direction of flow of the climate part, it is 16 degrees around 30.
Day ticket costs € 8. There are some dumbbells available, the heaviest of which is around 35kg. There is no gradation between the KH, sometimes 5 kg, sometimes 2kg, sometimes 10kg.
The benches for free exercises cannot be placed vertically, which makes shoulder training much more difficult. The rope pull is so low that you can only train on your knees, with the rope attached with adhesive tape!
There is a flat bench and an incline bench for bench press. However, when someone is training on the leg press, there are not enough weights available.
The men's locker room is a room with 4 lockers, a bench and a mirror. The lockers cannot be locked! The women's dressing room is Lt. my girlfriend's structure.
There is a shower (men's area) in front of a carpet !!! lies. Hygiene is not very important in the entire studio.
Personal training is offered with a lady and a gentleman taking over the briefing. Unfortunately with little knowledge of the subject, but a lot of enthusiasm.
Conclusion: The gym is OK for a quick training session on vacation. If the stay is longer, you should definitely choose another studio.
