Persone poco serie, d'altronde cosa vuoi aspettarti sei in Emilia... avevamo un appuntamento stamattina alle 8, se non li chiamavo io per capire che fine avevano fatto visto che non si sono presentati per niente... comunque li ho chiamati e mi hanno detto che si sono messi in malattia proprio stamattina!! Strano, un'azienda seria prima di tutto avvisava il cliente e di certo non li abbandona col dubbio!
Non vi fidate!

Untrustworthy people, on the other hand what do you want to expect you are in Emilia ... we had an appointment this morning at 8, if I didn't call them to understand what had happened since they didn't show up at all ... anyway I called them and they told me they got sick just this morning !! Strange, a serious company first of all warned the customer and certainly did not abandon them with doubt!
Don't trust me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho contattato Alca Disinfestazioni in quanto delle blatte mi stavano infestando la cucina. Sono bastate poche ore dalla telefonata e le blatte erano sparite. Intervento rapido ed anche garantito, se il problema non è risolto tornano senza costi aggiuntivi. Rapporto tra la qualità del servizio ed il prezzo ottimo!
I contacted Alca Disinfestazioni because cockroaches were infesting me in the kitchen. It took only a few hours from the phone call and the cockroaches were gone. Rapid and also guaranteed intervention, if the problem is not solved they return without additional costs. Relationship between the quality of the service and the excellent price!
