IL MIO INSTALLATORE MI HA DETTO DI LASCIAR PERDERE CHI SI PROFESSA PROFESSIONALE E POI NON VEDONO NEANCHE UNA PRESA D ARIA E CHE È ASSOLUTAMENTE TUTTO A NORMA. VENUTI ALTRI CHE NATURALMENTE NON HANNO RISCONTRATO NESSUN PROBLEMA A PRESCINDERE DA CODICI O ALTRO, BASTAVA VEDERE BENE ALL'INTERNO DEL LOCALE CALDAIA ED ERA BEN VISIBILE UNA FINESTRA CHE DA SULL'ESTERNO E QUINDI L'ARIA VIENE PRESA DA LI E NON DA ALTRI LOCALI. EXPECTED 2 MONTHS FOR AN APPOINTMENT, AND THEN WHEN THEY PRESENTED IT, I HAD BEEN SAID, IN A SHORT ORDER THAT THE PLANT WAS NOT A STANDARD AND THAT THEY WOULD NOT HAVE SIGNED ANYTHING. MY INSTALLER TOLD ME TO LOSE WHO PROFESSIONAL PROFITS AND THEN NOT ALREADY SEE AN ARRANGEMENT AND IT IS ABSOLUTELY COMPLETE. OTHER VENUES THAT NATURALLY HAVE NOT FOUND ANY PROBLEM TO FOLLOW BY CODES OR OTHERWISE, IT WAS ENOUGH TO SEE WELL INSIDE THE LOCAL BOILER AND WAS WELL VISIBLE A WINDOW OUTSIDE AND THEN THE AIR IS TAKEN FROM THEM AND NOT FROM OTHER LOCALS.

Ho chiamato questi signori (i titolari sono gentili ma la signora che smiista lev tefonate e qualche tecnico assolutamente no.primo intervento mi dicono che lo scambiatore è rotto fa 40 euro per la chiamata e di fattura nulla.compro io lo scambiatore e mi faccio carico io del fatto che se non va è un mio problema.il preventivo lavoro è 100 euro ma il tecnico vuole 150 e non fa fattura e mi lascia pure una perdita da una valvola. ricontattati sono spariti.Pessimi non vi fidate. My boiler is 25 years old and I have to replace it with a condensing one but I have to do some work to be able to install it. I called these gentlemen (the owners are kind but the lady who smiista lev tefonate and some technicians absolutely no. First intervention they tell me that the exchanger is broken it costs 40 euros for the call and invoice nothing. I of the fact that if it does not go it is my problem.the estimate work is 100 euros but the technician wants 150 and does not make an invoice and also leaves me a leak from a valve.

Ma l’intervento dei tecnici della ditta ALBERTIN ha fatto si che tutto si risolvesse in pochissimo tempo . Da subito si riconoscono dalla correttezza competenza serietà e puntualità sia della signora che mi ha risposto al telefono , sia da parte dei ragazzi e del signor ALBERTIN che ha effettuato l’intervento ! Consiglio vivamente …perché persone preparate ed umili come loro riguardante il mio specifico caso finora non ne avevo trovate. I had serious problems with the boiler not bought by them, I was cold and without hot water. But the intervention of the technicians of the ALBERTIN company meant that everything was resolved in a very short time. They are immediately recognized by the correctness, competence, seriousness and punctuality both of the lady who answered the phone and of the boys and of Mr. ALBERTIN who carried out the surgery! La segretaria è stata molto maleducata. Un professionista non dovrebbe comportarsi in questa maniera. Non ho firmato nessun contratto che prevedeva solo il loro intervento. Inaffidabili. Andate da altre persone che hanno voglia e bisogno di lavorare. Mai sentita una cosa simile. È la prima volta. I would not have put even a star !!!!!
