Ho dovuto attendere ben oltre 15 giorni per ottenere un preventivo di riparazione. Oltre al disagio di non avere utilizzato per questo lungo periodo la mia auto, l'esito del preventivo tanto atteso risulta che questa officina non è abilitata a tale riparazione quindi ho dovuto chiamare un carro-attrezzi per ritirare la mia auto guasta e portarla in un'altra officina.
La prossima volta che avrò un qualsiasi guasto alla macchina sicuramente non la porterò più in questa officina che fà perdere solo tempo, piuttosto non faccio la riparazione ma compro un'auto nuova!!!!

I had to wait well over 15 days to get a repair quote. In addition to the inconvenience of not having used my car for this long period, the result of the long-awaited estimate is that this workshop is not authorized for this repair so I had to call a tow truck to collect my damaged car and take it to a other workshop.
The next time I have any breakdown in the car I will definitely not take it to this workshop anymore which only wastes time, rather I don't do the repair but I buy a new car !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per chi dovesse avere problemi con il motore diesel del proprio mezzo, non c'è migliore soluzione che questa officina. È vero, ma comprensibile: a volte, l'attesa per la riconsegna del proprio mezzo potrebbe essere lunga, ma ne vale davvero la pena. Ottimo.
For those who have problems with the diesel engine of their vehicle, there is no better solution than this workshop. It's true, but understandable: sometimes, the wait for the return of your vehicle may be long, but it's really worth it. Great.
