A	Alessia Paccagnella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentile, ma no posso consigliare una struttura col bagno sporco, wc e doccia da non commentare. Capisco sia un albergo con una stella, ma la pulizia è l'unica cosa fondamentale, manca quella tutto il resto passa in secondo piano, posizione, gentilezza non contano più. Mi spiace devono impegnarsi di più, perché non è possibile al giorno d'oggi una camera in quelle condizioni. Cuscini.. dei mattoni alti 15 cm, consiglio di cambiarli come anche i materassi, insomma se si vuole tenere una struttura che ospiti le persone bisogna avere gli strumenti giusti, sennò si lascia perdere. Friendly staff, but no I can recommend a structure with a dirty bathroom, toilet and shower not to be commented. I understand it's a hotel with a star, but cleanliness is the only fundamental thing, that is missing, everything else takes second place, location, kindness no longer count. I'm sorry they have to work harder, because a room in those conditions is not possible nowadays. Cushions ... of 15 cm high bricks, I recommend changing them as well as the mattresses, in short, if you want to keep a structure that hosts people you must have the right tools, otherwise forget it.

È un vero peccato essere ospitati in una struttura che ha la fortuna di avere una grande potenzialità: molto centrale, dotata di ristorante, bar e anche tabacchi. Nessun problema di parcheggio grazie al fatto di essere ubicata di fronte al distretto sanitario che offre ampi spazi. È una tristezza vedere una tale struttura abbandonata a sé stessa. Sporcizia ovunque, arredi vetusti, bar mai aperto (se non dopo le 10:00) camere molto fredde (solo per gli ospiti) e ristorazione praticamente fornita per dispetto. Ci siamo sentiti abbandonati, per fortuna esiste vicinissimo una piccola pizzeria da asporto che in fase Covid con chiusura delle 18:00 ci ha permesso di consumare una cena. Nessuna offerta da parte della gestione di colazione (con macchina del caffè sempre spenta) o di proposta di menù pasti. Ripeto, un vero peccato in quanto se fosse gestito diversamente potrebbe diventare un piccolo albergo da 2 o anche 3 stelle. I prezzi non sono assolutamente adeguati all'offerta (che in pratica non c'è). I put a star because you can't get less. It is a real shame to be hosted in a structure that has the good fortune of having great potential: very central, with a restaurant, bar and even tobacconists. No parking problems thanks to the fact that it is located in front of the health district which offers ample space. It is sad to see such a structure left to itself. Dirt everywhere, old furniture, bar never open (except after 10:00) very cold rooms (only for guests) and food practically provided out of spite. We felt abandoned, fortunately there is a small takeaway pizzeria very close by which in the Covid phase with closing at 6pm allowed us to have a dinner. No offer from the management of breakfast (with the coffee machine always off) or meal menu proposal. I repeat, a real shame as if it were managed differently it could become a small 2 or even 3 star hotel. The prices are absolutely not adequate to the offer (which in practice does not exist).

Ci torneremo .. With my husband we stayed 8 days. We found everything we needed: good room and bathroom: all clean. The good and plentiful menu and above all the availability and friendliness of the managers. We will be back ..

Visto i tempi di covid, alla mia lecita domanda se potevo effettuare la prenotazione con cancellazione gratuita, mi è stato risposto che se volevo prenotavo , altrimenti potevo fare a meno. Se questa è la presentazione, non oso pensare il resto. I have not stayed and neither will I ever due to the rudeness of the reservation staff. Given the times of covid, to my legitimate question if I could make the reservation with free cancellation, I was told that if I wanted to book, otherwise I could do without. If this is the presentation, I dare not think the rest.
A	Alma Ronda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complimenti. Albergo a gestione famigliare, sembrava proprio di essere a casa. Persone gentilissime e simpaticissime. Il mangiare era ottimo. Le camere, anche se non molto grandi disponevano di tutto. Torneremo anche l'anno prossimo. Compliments. Family run hotel, it really felt like home. Very kind and very nice people. The food was great. The rooms, although not very large, had everything. We will be back again next year.

Good heating in the beauty of the recently renovated room. Kindness and courtesy are at home, one step away from the center of Asiago. For us it will be the starting point of new adventures
