★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima struttura (situata di fronte alle Terme), ottimo il personale (conduzione familiare), ottimo il mangiare. Un parcheggio molto ampio e con una parte al coperto. Giardino molto curato. Pulizia nelle camere (molto ampie e ben arredate) eccellente. Sicuramente un rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente. Da provare.
 Excellent structure (located in front of the Baths), excellent staff (family run), excellent eating. A very large car park with a covered part. Garden very nice. Cleanliness in the rooms (very large and well furnished) excellent. Definitely an excellent quality / price ratio. To try.

Excellent hotel ideal for those who have to take care of the spa rehabilitation center. Nice owners and very kind rooms, clean and spacious swimming pool where you can go for a swim. Keep an eye on the kitchen: I gained two kilos in 15 days

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the nice town in Tuscany. The location of the hotel is the best as it can be. In small scale the middle of great town and on the large scale the best location in Tuscany to visit all the best places (like Lucca, Pisa, Volterra and San G.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owners and the staff were so nice, sincere and helpful. The breakfast could be better but I will not take back a star because of this. At the end they serve real espresso and cappuccino in the breakfast :)
We liked the architecture of the hotel building a lot. There are air conditioning, a safe-box, hair dryer and a refrigerator in the room and it was very clean.
Our little daughter enjoyed the pool a lot. There were enough umbrellas and sunbeds.
