La cucina, sapientemente curata secondo la tradizione bobbiese, offre piatti gustosi e di ottima qualità. Non perdetevi i dolci, rigorosamente fatti in casa, in particolare la tarte tatin alle mele. In the enchanting Bobbio we discovered this historic place, completely refurbished by the owners, passionate about their work and deeply tied to their traditions. In the dining room the owners, very kind and very helpful, already let you savor the courses with the descriptions of the preparations. The cuisine, expertly prepared according to the Bobbio tradition, offers tasty dishes of excellent quality. Do not miss the desserts, strictly homemade, in particular the apple tarte tatin.

Molto bello il ristorante e, soprattutto, la terrazzina chiusa che affaccia sul trebbia. Ottimo l'antipasto a base di salumi tipici e giardiniera fatta in casa, ESAGERATI i maccheroni alla Bobbiese (da soli varrebbero la gita) e gli gnocchetti di castagne. Note di merito particolari alla tarte tatin stupenda (meglio che in Francia) e alla cortesia e dolcezza della proprietaria. Da non dimenticare: ordinare il gutturnio della casa! Absolutely highly recommended to stop and eat in the village of Bobbio. The restaurant is very nice and, above all, the closed terrace overlooking the thresher. Excellent appetizer based on typical salami and homemade pickled vegetables, EXAGGERATED macaroni alla Bobbiese (alone would be worth the trip) and chestnut gnocchi. Particular notes of merit to the wonderful tarte tatin (better than in France) and to the courtesy and sweetness of the owner. Don't forget: order the gutturnio of the house!

Ottima l'accoglienza e ottimi i piatti a cominciare dall 'antipasto con salumi locali di qualità accompagnati da una strepitosa giardiniera fatta da loro, a seguire i maccheroni alla bobbiese rigorosamente fatti a mano in casa con un sugo di stracotto di manzo super. Il tutto servito con un eccellente vino Gutturnio. Apprezzati tantissimo anche i dolci soprattutto la tarte tatin alle mele.Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Lo consigliamo vivamente a chiunque voglia godere e assaporare l'ospitalità di Bobbio! We had lunch in this restaurant just outside the historic center with friends and it was a pleasant surprise. The place is well maintained and very clean. Excellent hospitality and excellent dishes starting with the appetizer with quality local cured meats accompanied by an amazing Giardiniera made by them, followed by the macaroni alla bobbiese rigorously handmade at home with a super beef stew sauce. All served with an excellent Gutturnio wine. The desserts are also very popular, especially the apple tarte tatin. Excellent quality / price ratio. We highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy and savor Bobbio's hospitality!

Siamo stati accolti da personale molto cordiale, ch ci ha accompagnato sulla terrazza chiusa con vista sul Trebbia. Il locale è molto ben arredato, colori tenui e caldi ben contrastati dai mobili in noce. personale elegante e professionale. Piatti sublimi, a partire dagli affettati. Da 10 e lode la coppa e la giardiniera fatta da loro. Come primo, ho provato gli gnocchi di patate con funghi porcini fonduta di parmigiano e speck croccante: divino. Secondo: brasato al vino rosso con purè di patate: una festa per le papille gustative. Dolce, gelato alle castagne con granella di cioccolato ed un dolce alla grappa di cui non ricordo bene il nome, ma che mi ha lasciato un bel ricordo. Vino in caraffa del luogo, Gutturnio secco leggermente frizzante. Non ho scelto dalla carta dei vini, assolutamente ben fornita, perchè in due non saremmo arrivati in fondo alla bottiglia ( gli altri due commensali sono astemi.....purtroppo per loro). We were greeted by very friendly staff, who accompanied us to the enclosed terrace overlooking the Trebbia. The restaurant is very well furnished, soft and warm colors well contrasted by the walnut furniture. elegant and professional staff. Sublime dishes, starting with cold cuts. From 10 and praise the cup and the Giardiniera made by them. As a first course, I tried the potato gnocchi with porcini mushrooms, parmesan fondue and crispy speck: divine. Second course: braised in red wine with mashed potatoes: a feast for the taste buds. Dessert, chestnut ice cream with chocolate chips and a grappa dessert whose name I don't remember well, but which left me with a good memory. Local wine in carafe, slightly sparkling dry Gutturnio. I did not choose from the wine list, which is absolutely well stocked, because two of us would not have reached the bottom of the bottle (the other two diners are teetotalers ..... unfortunately for them).
