Abbiamo prenotato ma nn abbiamo trovato il posto, ci hanno dato un tavolo di fortuna tra una porta che si apriva di continuo e una sedia a rotelle la tovaglia era usata e piena di macchie di copritovaglia non ne avevano piu.. e quindi non ce l'hanno messo, i tovaglioli, alcuni di cotone altri di carta..macchiati. Anche le posate erano sporche e incrostate. Ci siamo seduti e abbiamo chiesto di cambiarci le vettovaglie con altre pulite, giustamente risentiti.. la cameriera ha chiamato la proprietaria che ci ha detto che se non ci stava bene potevamo andarcene. Ci siamo alzati e c'è ne siamo andati. Un posto così sporco non l avevo mai visto. Non ci andate Unclean. We went in mid-August. We booked but we didn't find the place, they gave us a makeshift table between a door that opened continuously and a wheelchair the tablecloth was used and full of stains of tablecloths they didn't have any more .. and therefore we didn't have any more. 'they put the napkins, some of cotton, others of paper ... stained. The cutlery was also dirty and crusted. We sat down and asked to change our supplies with other clean ones, rightly resentful .. the waitress called the owner who told us that if we didn't feel well we could leave. We got up and we left. I have never seen such a dirty place. Don't go there
f	franco trima on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo Albergo di Tagliacozzo di non eccessive dimensioni, situato in zona centrale vicinissimo alla stazione ferroviaria e al palazzo del comune. Il Proprietario, Rocco, è una persona seria, simpaticissimo e onesto. Pratica prezzi accessibilissimi in cambio di un servizio più che buono. La cucina è veramente di ottima qualità, la persona che se ne occupa è Annarita, ha grandi capacità nel preparare piatti squisiti e soprattutto genuini. Vale pertanto la pena fare un bel soggiorno o un fine settimana , oppure anche una tranquilla serata al ristorante con gli amici . Excellent hotel in Tagliacozzo of not excessive dimensions, located in the central area very close to the train station and the town hall. The Owner, Rocco, is a serious person, very nice and honest. Practice very affordable prices in exchange for a more than good service. The kitchen is really of excellent quality, the person who takes care of it is Annarita, has great ability in preparing exquisite and above all genuine dishes. It is therefore worth making a nice stay or a weekend, or even a quiet evening at the restaurant with friends.

I am the beauty of 22 years that we stay at the golden cat every summer for a few days, excellent typical Abruzzo cuisine made by the cook Annarita, unsurpassed in her sector .... not to mention the owner Mr. Rocco really nice and easy-going person who with his hospitality makes you feel at home .... I highly recommend ....

After a couple of days they said they would change me to wow hostel because it is from the same owner and gatto d Oro hostel is closed duo to covid. I asked for a refund and they didn't do it. These guys are scammers. Don't get into this hostel and don't use hostelsclub.
