Antipasti e cena fantastici , servizio ottimo , dolci favolosi , che dire … ci ritornerò quanto prima !!! I was for the first time on a friend's birthday and what I can say was that I was welcomed by the managers in a very friendly and at the same time professional way. Fantastic appetizers and dinner, excellent service, fabulous desserts, what can I say ... I'll be back as soon as possible !!!

Nota di merito anche per la super pasticceria, davvero di altissimo livello. Noi ci torneremo sicuramente!! Top restaurant, furnished with great taste. E come sempre per negozio nuovo arriva la curiosità di assaggiare il suo prodotti per questo ho chiesto la mia moglie oggi 3 marzo 2022 di andare e comprare due brioche per fare la colazione a casa. La sorpresa è che il brioche non erano freschi. Sicuramente di giorno precedente. Ho avuto un grande delusione io a anche mia moglie. ☹️☹️?? New justificio in Carmignano di Brenta. And as always for a new shop comes the curiosity to taste its products for this reason I asked my wife today 3 March 2022 to go and buy two croissants to make breakfast at home. The surprise was that the brioches weren't fresh. Certainly from the previous day. I had a big disappointment, me and my wife too. ☹️☹️??

Inoltre sono anche pasticceria quindi non dimenticatevi di prendere i dolci? Promossi alla grande? Top restaurant. Product quality and trained staff. We ate a Florentine of almost 3kg with 70 days of aging, despite the difficulties in cooking such a beast, the result was spectacular ? high quality wine list. Sorvolo sul locale, accogliente e raffinato al punto giusto senza mai eccedere... Tralascio di parlare della pizza con impasto lievitato 48 h e condimenti di prima categoria... Non parlo dei contorni, purè con tartufo e mamme di carciofo alla brace che da soli varrebbero la cena... Voglio parlare invece della bistecca: da Fiorentino non mi sarei mai immaginato di mangiare la miglior bistecca della mia carriera di carnivoro in Veneto, lo dico con una punta di tristezza nel cuore ma una carne così, frollata due mesi e mezzo e cotta in maniera così ineccepibile non l'avevo mai trovata neppure nella città del sommo poeta!!! Fortuna che salgo a Carmignano almeno 4 o 5 volte all'anno. La prossima volta, visto che a breve apriranno anche le camere per il pernottamento, saprò sicuramente dove fermarmi. I'm not talking about the side dishes, mashed potatoes with truffles and grilled artichoke mothers that alone would be worth dinner ... I want to talk about the steak instead: as a Florentine I would never have imagined eating the best steak of my career as a carnivore in Veneto, I say it with a touch of sadness in my heart but a meat like this, matured for two and a half months and cooked like this I had never found it flawless, not even in the city of the great poet !!! Luckily I go up to Carmignano at least 4 or 5 times a year. Next time, since the rooms will open soon for the overnight stay, I will surely know where to stop.

Al centro un caminetto di design riscalda l’ambiente, bellissimo! Cucina a dir poco eccezionale, abbiamo mangiato una fiorentina di vacca vecchia frollata 60 giorni, gusto intenso, cotta alla perfezione e servita con grande stile! Locale consigliassimo! Senza esagerare il migliore della zona! Complimenti ad Andrea e Luigi Poli per la splendida creazione! Chapeau! You immediately notice the great passion and care that the property has put into the construction. Fantastic dinner, great quality products, excellently prepared and served with style. Superb cuisine even for the most demanding palates. Local that is absolutely worth a visit, highly recommended! It has all the requisites to be the reference of the best gastronomy in the area, and beyond! The success it will certainly have is deserved.
