Siamo stati accolti in ambienti nuovi, di buon gusto e con ottime rifiniture, dotati di ogni confort. La proprietà, sempre molto cordiale, si è resa disponibile per ogni necessità. Altamente consigliato Structure located in an excellent position that allowed us to be able to visit the center of Palermo on foot, leaving the car safe, in an agreement with parking. We were welcomed in new, tasteful and with excellent finishes, equipped with every comfort. The property, always very friendly, was available for every need. Highly recommended

Appartamenti spaziosi e muniti di tutti i confort (Wi-Fi , cucina , condizionatore, asciugacapelli). Personale gentile e accogliente. Possibilità di parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Structure located in a strategic place to move comfortably around the city. Spacious apartments equipped with all comforts (Wi-Fi, kitchen, air conditioning, hairdryer). Friendly and welcoming staff. Possibility of parking nearby.
C	Claudia Cornelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La posizione è strategica : praticamente di fianco al Duomo ma in un quartiere popolare quindi"vero" di quelli bellissimi coi panni stesi fuori ma vicino alla questura dove abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio che, ad agosto, non è poco. I mini appartamenti sono nuovi, funzionali, comodi ed arredati con molto gusto : poster su tela tipici siciliani alle pareti, legni antichi sopra la testata del letto. Accoglienza e consigli sugli itinerari perfetti, pulizia , cordialità e ottima gestione. Siamo già tornati e ritorneremo! The location is strategic: practically next to the Duomo but in a popular neighborhood so "true" of the beautiful ones with clothes hanging outside but close to the police station where we have always found parking which, in August, is not cheap. The mini apartments are new, functional, comfortable and tastefully furnished: typical Sicilian posters on the walls, antique woods above the headboard. Welcome and advice on perfect itineraries, cleanliness, friendliness and excellent management. We have already returned and will be back!

La struttura si trova in un'ottima posizione, a 2 passi dalla cattedrale e dal folcloristico mercato di Ballarò, zona quindi ricca di negozi e servizi. Gli appartamenti sono spaziosi, finemente ristrutturati e dotati di ogni comfort (condizionatore, ascensore in struttura, phon, tv, asciugamani, bollitore e stoviglie varie). Fa la differenza la professionalità e la disponibilità di Alessandro, il proprietario della struttura. Pronto a far fronte a qualsiasi esigenza, gentile e simpatico. Consigliatissimo. We stayed at this property for the wedding of 2 dear friends. The property is in an excellent position, 2 steps from the cathedral and the folkloristic market of Ballarò, an area full of shops and services. The apartments are spacious, finely restored and equipped with every comfort (air conditioning, elevator in the building, hairdryer, TV, towels, kettle and various dishes). The professionalism and availability of Alessandro, the owner of the structure, makes the difference. Ready to meet any need, kind and nice. Highly recommended.

La struttura offre tutti i comfort per chi, come noi, ha trascorso una settimana in smart working (connessione internet, condizionatore, addirittura phon e diffusore!). Personale disponibile e attento, pronto a fornire indicazioni e suggerimenti per godere al meglio dell'esperienza. Ritorneremo sicuramente. Consigliato! We stayed for more than a week in the structure. Strategic position in the historic center; all services within walking distance. The structure offers all the comforts for those who, like us, spent a week in smart working (internet connection, air conditioner, even hairdryer and diffuser!). Helpful and attentive staff, ready to provide information and suggestions to make the most of the experience. We will definitely be going back. Recommended!
