L	Luigi Vignoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato presso questa azienda e all'accoglienza (si fa per dire) c'era una persona al telefono che al mio saluto non ha neanche alzato gli occhi verso di me, dopo qualche minuto terminata la telefonata mi ha chiesto di cosa avessi bisogno ( manco vendessero genere alimentari di diverso tipo), ho risposto di alcune zanzariere ma neanche il tempo di finire di dirlo arriva un'altra telefonata nel corso della quale l'addetto si alza e va girovagando per l'ufficio così spazientito e dopo aver atteso che terminasse gli ho chiesto gentilmente se mi prestava un po' di attenzione e visto che avevo atteso invano già svariati minuti. Alla mia richiesta l'addetto con aria scocciata ha accennato a fare il mio preventivo non esimendosi dal rispondere all'ennesima telefonata. Cosa dire, ad una tale nonscialance nei confronti di un cliente ed un preventivo non competitivo come mi aspettavo questa esperienza é stata del tutto negativa che sicuramente non consiglierei di fare ad altri. I went to this company and at the reception (so to speak) there was a person on the phone who didn't even look up at me, after a few minutes after the phone call asked me what I needed (not even sell different kinds of food), I answered some mosquito nets but not even the time to finish saying another phone call arrives during which the employee gets up and goes around the office so impatient and after waiting I asked him politely if he would pay me any attention and since I had waited several minutes in vain. At my request, the employee with annoyed air hinted at my estimate, not refraining from answering the umpteenth phone call. What to say, to such a non-compliance with a client and a non-competitive quote as I expected this experience was totally negative that I certainly would not recommend doing to others.

Mi sono recato presso il loro centro con l'intenzione di avere qualche delucidazione in merito ad una problematica relativa ad una zanzariera Genius che è stata montata presso la mia abitazione, ma purtroppo sono stato trattato con estrema superficialità e negligenza. Mi reco presso questo centro al fine di risolvere un problema e torno a casa senza parole né soluzione. Esperienza pessima, scarsissima professionalità. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. I went to their center with the intention of having some clarification regarding a problem relating to a Genius mosquito net that was mounted at my home, but unfortunately I was treated with extreme superficiality and negligence. I go to this center in order to solve a problem and go home without words or solution. Bad experience, very little professionalism.
