Il personale e, in particolare, Mattia (con cui ho avuto a che fare) si sono comportati in maniera ineccepibile anche per un acquisto "da remoto" (come nel mio caso) con consegna.
Abitando lontano ho fatto tutto per telefono, senza dovermi recare sul posto (e pagando con Satispay). Lo staff si è rivelato disponibilissimo nel trovare soluzioni in linea con il budget e presentate in maniera elegante, il tutto mostrato con foto su WhatsApp, e stampando anche il biglietto di auguri.
Consigliatissimi.

The staff and, in particular, Mattia (with whom I had to deal) behaved flawlessly even for a "remote" purchase (as in my case) with delivery.
Living far away, I did everything by phone, without having to go to the place (and paying with Satispay). The staff proved to be extremely helpful in finding solutions in line with the budget and presented in an elegant way, all shown with photos on WhatsApp, and also printing the greeting card.
Highly recommended.
