A giugno dovevano cominciare i lavori per rifare il tetto di casa mia, ma non sono venuti. Dopo ripetute telefonate, a cui il titolare non rispondeva, sono riuscito ( tramite il numero dell’ufficio) a contattarli e la risposta del titolare è stata: veniamo a fare il lavoro a inizio settembre.
A metà settembre li ricontatto e di nuovo dopo svariate telefonare a cui il titolare non rispondeva, sempre tramite il numero d’ufficio, mi ha detto che sarebbe venuto a fine settembre.
Ad oggi, fine novembre, ancora non ho né visto e né sentito nessuno.
Con loro è solo una perdita di tempo, vi consiglio di cercare altrove.
My experience with Alba roofs was very bad, I strongly advise against them.
In June the works to redo the roof of my house were to begin, but they did not come. After repeated phone calls, to which the owner did not answer, I was able (via the office number) to contact them and the owner's response was: let's come and do the work at the beginning of September.
In mid-September, I contact them again and again after several calls to which the owner did not answer, again via the office number, he told me that he would come at the end of September.
To date, at the end of November, I still have neither seen nor heard anyone.
With them it's just a waste of time, I recommend you look elsewhere.
