★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci ha fatto visitare l’appartamento con ancora dentro le precedenti coinquiline parlando male delle stesse nella nostra lingua essendo loro straniere. Inoltre ha fatto anche commenti poco adeguati e spiacevoli nei loro confronti. Una persona maleducata e poco professionale.

Ci sono passato purtroppo e sono stato fregato. Nella casa che ci ha affittato c'erano 5 sedie per 3 conquilini. A fine contratto il proprietario si è inventato la riparazione di una tapparella (secondo lui noi inquilini abbiamo "dato un tirone" rompendola) per un danno di 30 euro. Quando abbiamo chiesto la fattura il proprietario non si è fatto vivo, sparito nel nulla. Altro danno che ci è stato contestato è stato quella della rottura delle sedie. Il danno è stato effettivamente fatto ma il proprietario ci voleva obbligare a ricomprare fisicamente noi le sedie. Alla fine ciò non è avvenuto e ce la siamo "cavata" con 20 euro a sedia (valore vero di 7 euro l'una).
Inoltre ad un certo punto ha deciso di non rispondere più ai miei messaggi... chissà perché

At the end of the contract the owner invented the repair of a roller shutter (according to him we tenants have "given a tirone" by breaking it) for a damage of 30 euros. When we asked for the invoice the owner didn't show up, disappeared into thin air. Another damage that was contested was that of the breaking of the chairs. The damage was actually done but the owner wanted us to physically buy the chairs back. In the end this did not happen and we "got away" with 20 euros per chair (true value of 7 euros each).
Also at some point he decided not to reply to my messages anymore ... who knows why

Personale gentile e disponibile, anche perché è il loro mestiere e ci guadagnano. A padova c'è la crisi dell'immobile in affitto. Trovare ciò che cerchi è pura fortuna.
