Nel complesso ottimo acquisto e assistenza post vendita (niente da invidiare a marchi più reclamizzati e con prezzi più alti). Serious company, innovative products and robust materials. Abbiamo scelto il modello elena e devo ammettere che nella nostra taverna/cucina sta veramente bene!! unico invonveniente il portaposate in legno arrivato rotto in un angolo ma l'azienda è stata celera nel farcene avere un altro in una settimana. Ho scelto una cucina classica Elena avorio decape', non occorre spolverare ogni giorno perché non si vede nemmeno la polvere, comoda è funzionale,cassettoni capienti e carrellini porta bottiglie per sfruttare anche i minimi spazi e rendere la cucina più elegante con la forma a colonne! Io la adoro oggi come allora! consiglio Ala, prima di arrivare a questa cucina ho girato diverse ditte anche famose, avevo già un disegno di come la cucina dei miei sogni doveva essere nessuno riusciva a soddisfare le mie esigenze ,volevo colonne portabottiglie,cappa decorata con archetto e sportelli sopra e sotto il lavello, incurvate,,chi aveva gli sportelli incurvati non aveva le colonne , chi non aveva effetto decapato,alla fine è arrivata Elena è sono rimasta soddisfatta, chiunque viene a trovarmi si complimenta . Che posso dire di più? Dico che attendo di trovare casa per aggiungere la credenza Elena decape'. Grazie Ala se non ci foste io non avrei mai avuto la cucina dei miei sogni,mi sarei dovuta accontentare. Prima di acquistarla ho fatto preventivi per aziende più blasonate e devo ammettere di non aver trovato una netta differenza ne di prezzo ne di qualità. Ho scelto questa cucina anche perché il rivenditore mi ispirava molta fiducia e quello conta! Risultato? Meravigliosa! I recently purchased my wonderful planet model Ala kitchen. Before buying it, I made quotes for more prestigious companies and I must admit that I did not find a clear difference in price or quality. I chose this kitchen also because the dealer inspired me a lot of trust and that matters! Result? Wonderful!

Il mobile frigo nonostante il modello dell’elettrodomestico indicato prima dell' ordine è stato fornito con cerniere sbagliate, da aprile 2021 sto aspettando la fornitura dei profili laccati mancanti all’arrivo della cucina, alle mail non ho ricevuto risposta ,mentre telefonicamente mi è stato risposto che non possono fornire tempistiche sulle lavorazioni e di contattare il rivenditore(risposta poco professionale senza nemmeno interessarsi del perché il loro rivenditore da colpa a loro).
