Impasto napoletano con cornicione molto buono, digeribile,non fa venire sete, peccato per il forno elettrico che non ti dà il gusto che sa darti il forno a legna e poi i prezzi delle proposte son leggermente alti per essere a Schio. Mi soffermo per la qualità della pizza, che fanno più spessa(Napoli) o fina. Ieri ho mangiato la pizza spessa del giorno "Folpo " S.p.e.c.i.a.l.e. Vi consiglio di andare a provare per chi non ci è stato. Congratulations to the manager, the dining room staff, the cook and the pizza chef. I've been many times, ate pizza and cooking. La pizza impasto Napoli è sublime, morbida, gustosa, zero pesantezza. La pizza fina è grande e veramente buona, ingredienti tutti buonissimi ( patate al forno, philadelphia, speck, salamino e carciofi tutto buonissimo!) Complimenti veramente, bisogna mangiare questa pizza e di sicuro si ritornerà una seconda, terza, quarta volta e oltre! Birra ? bianca Hoegaarden eccezionale, una delle mie preferite.
