Ambiente caldo, il ristorante è situato in mezzo ai vigneti, è il posto ideale per trovare un po' di tranquillità per staccare dai ritmi frenetici della quotidianità. Il personale è molto educato e disponibile sa bene quando essere discreto e quando scambiare due parole. Abbiamo praticamente assaggiato ogni cosa dei menù nel tempo, ma i piatti che ci hano colpito di più son stati sicuramente i ravioli neri e il petto d'anatra. Il prezzo, seppur non proprio economicissimo, decisamente proporzionato alla qualità e alla presentazione delle pietanze. We have been several times in this restaurant and we have always enjoyed it, it can be said that for us it is like a second home. Warm atmosphere, the restaurant is located in the middle of the vineyards, it is the ideal place to find some tranquility to disconnect from the hectic pace of everyday life. The staff are very polite and helpful, they know when to be discreet and when to exchange a few words. We have practically tasted everything on the menus over time, but the dishes that impressed us most were certainly the black ravioli and the duck breast. The price, although not exactly cheap, is decidedly proportionate to the quality and presentation of the dishes.
A	Anchise Caffi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inizio questa recensione non con il solito entusiasmo che ha contraddistinto le precedenti, e con un certo sgomento pensando alle stelle che ho dato, a diifferenza di quelle che mi hanno portato a far visita al ristorante. Premetto vado di rado nei ristoranti, ma quando decido cerco di scegliere il meglio nelle zone dove soggiorno, affidandomi alle recensioni che confermano sempre quanto riportato, tranne in questo locale. Ristorante di per sè molto carino immerso nelle vigne che contraddistinguono il paese famoso per il vino, ma all'interno le cose non sono poi così idilliache. L'ingresso è a piano terra dove sono accolto da personale gentile e a modo, locale a mio parere freddo nel vero senso della parola, sala da pranzo al piano superiore con posti a sedere carini tranne il mio vicino al bancone e al guardaroba. Camerieri gentili e preparati ad eccezione del proprietario all'apparenza educato e ben posato ma frettoloso nelle spiegazioni. Menù a base di pesce, delusione totale sulla qualità soprattutto dei famosi gamberi di Mazzara del Vallo, avevano un odore troppo intenso di mare, a mio parere e non solo, non freschi. Nota positiva i dolci e per le portate in sè il prezzo, scegliendo il menù degustazione circa 65euro a persona, se optate per le singole portate oscillate tra le 20/25 euro a portata e per come ho mangiato è un pò caro bevande sempre escluse. Di per sé non è male ma sinceramente non credo ci tornerò, almeno per mangiare pesce. I start this review not with the usual enthusiasm that has characterized the previous ones, and with a certain dismay thinking about the stars I gave, unlike those that led me to visit the restaurant. I say I rarely go to restaurants, but when I decide I try to choose the best in the areas where I stay, relying on the reviews that always confirm what is reported, except in this place. Very nice restaurant in itself immersed in the vineyards that distinguish the town famous for its wine, but inside things are not so idyllic. The entrance is on the ground floor where I am greeted by polite and kind staff, local in my opinion cold in the truest sense of the word, upstairs dining room with nice seating except mine near the counter and cloakroom. The waiters were polite and well-prepared except for the owner who appeared to be polite and well-posed but hasty in his explanations. Fish-based menu, total disappointment on the quality especially of the famous Mazzara del Vallo prawns, they had a too intense smell of the sea, in my opinion and not only, not fresh. Positive note the desserts and for the courses itself the price, choosing the tasting menu about 65 euros per person, if you opt for the single courses ranging between 20/25 euros per course and for how I ate it is a little expensive drinks always excluded. In itself it's not bad but I honestly don't think I'll go back, at least to eat fish.
