M	Marco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Birre buone, servizio per le birre veloce, purtroppo i piatti ordinati, nonostante il locale quasi vuoto ci hanno messo molto tempo ad uscire, e le grigliate miste non erano granché, inoltre non avevano quello che c'era indicato nel menù, bastava dirlo e avrei gradito l'avvertimento, qualità mediocre del cibo. Nessun coperto servito (niente pane o grissini per intenderci) Ci tornerei per bere sicuramente, e ancora più volentieri se la cucina migliora il livello. Good beers, fast service for beers, unfortunately the dishes ordered, despite the almost empty place it took a long time to go out, and the mixed grills were not great, also they didn't have what was indicated on the menu, it was enough to say it and I would have appreciated the warning, poor quality of food. R	Roberto S (ROStar) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Partiamo dalle note positive: locale spazioso, discreta distanza tra i tavoli, controllo green pass come norma prescrive, vino buono (barbera superiore di Gatti in Camino) pinsa nella norma (pensavo peggio). Note negative: servizio scadente neppure degno di una birreria (attesa epocale per avere pane o grissini arrivati dopo dieci minuti dalla costina servitaci), costina che sapeva di un olio di frittura con almeno diecimila fritture sulle spalle, mangiata per entrè proprio perchè s'aveva fame ma, a mio parere, la cucina dovrebbe fare un salto enorme di qualità e fattura per esser a livello di un prodotto degnamente presentabile ed edibile. Conto finale in linea con ciò che s'è consumato. Consigliarlo? No, a meno che non cambino passo. Casale offre di meglio a quel livello, spiacente. Vedo ora la risposta del titolare che come al solito, e come visto in altre recensioni negative al suo locale, accampa scuse arrampicandosi sugli specchi, ebbene, la costina incriminata è stata pagata euro 6.50 come da listino e ribadisco che l'olio in cui è stata fritta era stressato da infinite cotture, checchè lei ne dica, tanto che il mio ospite le ha consigliato di toglierla dal menù. Per quanto concerne la pinsa, vista la disastrosa entrèe, per forza di cose si pensava al peggio. Per quanto riguarda il resto le consiglio un bagno di umiltà e una presa di coscienza di ciò che servite, forse sarebbe meglio limitarsi a meno piatti ma meglio fatti, al di là del cuoco con trentennale esperienza... forse di poco conto. Let's start with the positive notes: spacious room, decent distance between the tables, green pass control as required by law, good wine (barbera Superiore di Gatti in Camino) pinsa in the norm (I thought worse). Negative notes: poor service not even worthy of a brewery (epochal waiting for bread or breadsticks arrived after ten minutes from the rib served to us), rib that tasted of a frying oil with at least ten thousand fries on the shoulders, eaten for entrè just because it had hunger but, in my opinion, the kitchen should make a huge leap in quality and workmanship to be at the level of a worthy presentable and edible product. Final account in line with what has been consumed. Recommend it? No, unless they change pace. Casale offers better at that level, sorry. I now see the response of the owner who, as usual, and as seen in other negative reviews at his restaurant, makes excuses by climbing on the mirrors, well, the offending rib was paid € 6.50 as per the price list and I repeat that the oil in which it is been fried was stressed by endless cooking, whatever you say, so much so that my host advised her to remove it from the menu. As for the pinsa, given the disastrous entrèe, inevitably we thought the worst. As for the rest, I recommend a bath of humility and an awareness of what you serve, perhaps it would be better to limit yourself to fewer dishes but better done, beyond the chef with thirty years of experience ... perhaps of little consequence.
