Le alternative per chi non vuole la farina bianca, sono gli integrali, che però dal colore mi sembrano comunque a base di 00, con aggiunta crusca, oppure un ottimo panetto proteico, scuro e a basso contenuto di carboidrati. Come ampiamente detto, la pizza bianca è notevole. Prezzi nella media dei panettieri, chiaramente superiori ai prezzi dei supermercati, molti dei quali, però utilizzano impasti surgelati provenienti da Romania e Bulgaria. Servizio efficiente anche in tempi di restrizioni covid.
Excellent variety of bread, with all the classics. The alternatives for those who do not want white flour are wholemeal, which however seems to me to be 00-based in color, with added bran, or an excellent, dark, low-carbohydrate protein stick. As widely said, white pizza is remarkable. Average bakery prices, clearly higher than supermarket prices, many of which, however, use frozen dough from Romania and Bulgaria. Efficient service even in times of covid restrictions.

La pizza molto più buona quella della mattina che il pomeriggio forse cambia pizzaiolo
