Tutto buonissimo ma la carne podolica con verdure della Murgia stufate era eccezionale. Ciliegina sulla torta è stato il dolce: bavarese al sapore di colomba! Semplicemente irresistibile. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!!! Excellent cuisine! We ate on Easter day for lunch with the whole family and were thrilled! All very good but the Podolica meat with stewed Murgia vegetables was exceptional. The icing on the cake was the dessert: Bavarian with the flavor of dove! Simply irresistible. We will definitely be back !!!

Non prettamente pugliese. Abbiamo gustato tre tipi di antipasti e il primo. Da assaggiare sicuramente il sushi di carne. Il carpaccio di vitello lo avrei preferito un po' più spinto. Ottima la parmigiana di mortadella. Buono il primo. Si sente che tutto è fatto con amore. Personale gentile e cordiale. Prezzi nella norma. Consigliato Small but welcoming place, small open kitchen very particular and reassuring. The menu is captivating, modern but rooted in tradition. Not purely Apulian. We enjoyed three types of appetizers and the first. Definitely try the meat sushi. I would have preferred the veal carpaccio a little more pushed. The mortadella parmigiana is excellent. The first is good. It feels like everything is done with love. Polite and friendly staff. Prices in the norm. Recommended

Il locale è intimo e raccolto con cucina a vista. Lo staff ci ha accolti (eravamo in due) in maniera gentile e professionale. Abbiamo ordinato degli antipasti, una costata canadese e un amarone della valpolicella. Che dire, antipasti gustosi e ricercati (nulla di scontato) ed equilibrati. Buonissimo il sushi di carne e strepitosa la costata che si scioglieva in bocca. Tutta la cena è stata perfetta. Ci siamo complimentati con lo chef, abbiam pagato (non poco, ma il giusto per quel che abbiamo mangiato) e siamo andati via con l’assoluta certezza di ritornarci in futuro. Consigliato. A taste experience Intrigued by the reviews and word of mouth, I wanted to try this restaurant in the historic center of Corato. The restaurant is intimate and cozy with an open kitchen. The staff welcomed us (there were two of us) in a kind and professional way. We ordered antipasti, a Canadian rib steak and an amarone della valpolicella. What can I say, tasty and refined appetizers (nothing taken for granted) and balanced. The meat sushi is very good and the rib-eye steak that melted in your mouth was amazing. The whole dinner was perfect. We complimented the chef, paid (not a little, but the right amount for what we ate) and left with the absolute certainty of returning in the future. Recommended.

Tutto, dall'antipasto al dolce è servito con i giusti tempi, non è un posto per chi ha fretta,la qualità richiede tempo,e qui la qualità è di casa. Nel mio caso ho preso tagliere di carne di ottima qualità ben condita e saporita, tagliere di salumi di cinghiale e formaggi aromatizzati alla pera e fico e carbonara. Posto consigliato per particolarità dei suoi piatti, da ritornarci. Cozy place located in the historic center of Corato offers a series of interesting dishes such as a platter of cold cuts and cheeses, first and second courses. In my case I took a platter of well-seasoned and tasty high-quality meat, a platter of wild boar salami and cheeses flavored with pear and fig and carbonara. Recommended place for the particularity of its dishes, to come back.

Ci hanno stupito i sushi di carne di cavallo a dir poco superlativi. Locale pulito, cameriere professionale e professionista chef ad hoc. Ci torneremo sicuramente per gustare anche i primi piatti. Consigliatissimo Great place to enjoy quality meat. I've been with friends for a meat dinner. We were amazed by the superlative horse meat sushi. Clean place, professional waiter and professional ad hoc chef. We will definitely be back to enjoy the first courses as well. Highly recommended
