Abbiam scelto di tornarci in occasione della degustazione con Molettieri, anche perchè sapevamo che a gestire la cucina ci fosse uno chef diverso. Ma a parte l'antipasto "uovo patate, tartufo e funghi" e la cottura della carne di cervo, non siamo rimasti molto convinti, forse anche perchè le aspettative con Christian "in cucina" sono molto alte. Il problema è che il servizio non è assolutamente all'altezza, ed il nostro primo (fagotto di selvaggina, castagne e fonduta di pecorino) aveva molti difetti: in primis la pasta, molto doppia e gommosa; la polenta poi non era molto gustosa, anzi. Si sono visti alcuni miglioramenti, però. Sono sicuro che la prossima volta andrà meglio.
The first time we were not very happy. We chose to go back there during the tasting with Molettieri, also because we knew that there was a different chef to manage the kitchen. But apart from the appetizer "egg potatoes, truffles and mushrooms" and the cooking of venison, we were not very convinced, perhaps also because the expectations with Christian "in the kitchen" are very high. The problem is that the service is definitely not up to par, and our first (bundle of game, chestnuts and pecorino fondue) had many flaws: first and foremost pasta, very double and rubbery; then the polenta was not very tasty, indeed. There have been some improvements, though. I'm sure the next time will be better.
