La titolare Gloria è una persona molto a modo e simpatica che ci ha coccolati in tutto! Sarà una meta fissa durante orario aperitivo! Possibilità di prenotare l'intero locale e usufruire della piscina. Vino solo di produzione della cantina. Ottimo il brut, insolito e gradevole il rosé brut ottenuto da uve marzemino. In lavorazione il metodo classico. Abbiamo fatto una degustazione di 4 vini. Da migliorare la presentazione. Ci sarebbe piaciuto essere "accompagnati" negli assaggi con una descrizione più dettagliata dei sentori e del gusto di ogni vino, nonché della coltivazione dei vitigni. Tagliere misto formaggi e salumi per 2 persone (12€) Bellissima scoperta in una zona ancora poco sfruttata. Recently opened on the wine hills. Amazing view. La location moderna, con elementi interni interessanti, la piscina esterna ecc… la rendono un posto attraente. I vini sono di loro produzione a 3.50€ a bicchiere, la quantità di vino, a nostro parere era scarso, magari 3 mm. In più sarebbero stati graditi. Poi le sedie non tutte sono comode, alle nostre mancava il cuscino, avevo dei tubi di metallo come seduta veramente scomodi.
