★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pasta è ottima, la titolare simpatica e disponibile! L'unica pecca è che mi è un po' scomodo visto che sto a Bologna, ma vale la pena fare il viaggio!!!
E poi ora in periodo di quarantena fa pure le consegne a domicilio!!!
The pasta is excellent, the owner nice and helpful! The only flaw is that it is a bit inconvenient for me because I'm in Bologna, but it's worth making the trip !!!
And then now in the quarantine period it also makes home deliveries !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bottega di una volta, un profumo di altri tempi, di quando ero piccolo. La pasta fresca ha un aspetto molto invitante, io ho preso i tortellini però mi inspira tutto, la signora è molto gentile e disponibile, sicuramente ci tornerò!!!
Bottega than once, a scent of old times, when I was little. The fresh pasta looks very inviting, I took the tortellini but it inspires me all, the lady is very kind and helpful, I will definitely come back !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pasta interamente fatta a mano, con le "sfogline" che lavorano sotto ai vostri occhi.
Imperdibili i tortellini (quelli veri!!) e i tortelloni di ricotta.
Se amate il vino e Cristina, la titolare, ha un po' di tempo, fermatevi a fare quattro chiacchiere con lei, vi darà dei consigli ottimi.
Entirely handmade pasta, with the "sfogline" that work under your eyes.
Do not miss the tortellini (the real ones !!) and the ricotta tortelloni.
If you love wine and Cristina, the owner, has some time, stop and have a chat with her, she will give you some excellent advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale (come una volta) , ritorni a quando eri bambino????.. classica bottega di un paese che vive di Tradizioni. Sfoglia? rigorosamente tirata a Mattarello e materie prime molto buone. Da provare...non solo tortellini o tortelloni ma anche la pasta fresca fatta al torchio o alla chitarra?
Local (as it once was), you go back to when you were a child???? .. classic shop of a country that thrives on Traditions. Strictly pulled sfoglia? with Rolling pin and very good raw materials. To try ... not only tortellini or tortelloni but also fresh pasta made in the press or on the guitar?
