Dalle focacce classiche o farcite per tutti i gusti, alcune anche ripiene, e naturalmente pane e panini vari. Prodotti tutti con diversi tipi di impasto e farine come integrale o multicereali, e poi con curcuma. Non mancano poi un assortimento di buoni dolci artigianali da forno. Bakery very well located near the train station, it also allows those who are just passing through to taste the many specialties for a quick snack. From classic or stuffed focaccias for all tastes, some even stuffed, and of course bread and various sandwiches. All products with different types of dough and flour as wholemeal or multigrain, and then with turmeric. There is also an assortment of good artisan baked desserts.

Si possono trovare prodotti da forno tipici, come focaccia barese e tarallini pugliesi di tutti i gusti (ho provato quelli alla curcuma ed i classici fragranti, entrambi buonissimi). Tutti i prodotti sono hand-made (artigianali), di qualita' e veramente gustosi! Prezzi giusti (3euro una confezione da 350gr di taralli). Personale gentile e cordiale. Consigliatissimo, ci tornero', semmai dovessi passare per Monopoli nuovamente! Excellent bakery / oven between the station and the heart of Monopoli. You can find typical bakery products such as focaccia from Bari and Apulian tarallini of all tastes (I tried those with turmeric and the classic fragrant, both delicious). All products are hand-made (artisan), quality and really tasty! Fair prices (3euro a pack of 350gr of taralli). Friendly and kind staff. Highly recommended, I'll be back, if ever I had to go to Monopoly again!

I proprietari sono persone molto gentili(è una qualità rara che ho ritrovato nel loro panificio) Se venite A Monopoli vi consiglio di gustare il pane da Ciccio.
